"Dear readers, my story has now reached Chapter 9. Since the beginning can be a little confusing, I've decided to provide a recap and explain the story in an easier way. This chapter is for those who might have forgotten previous events, don't want to re-read past chapters, or simply want to understand the lore better."
Chapter-0
As you remember in chapter-0 it was explained that thousand year ago God invade earth for jewel of creation
Now some might wonder if that happen thousand year ago and miko is 500 years old. What the connection of event.
So basically thousand year ago when God invade the earth that era human and demons protected the earth and also that era was the era where Commander was alive and got the title "Nightmare of angels"
And at that time God only sent angel only
And that war was named "The Divine Conflagration"
While after 500 years(The timeline where story is going on) it's called "The Great war of divine"
Now the part where it written:
"With Death gone, Shadow turned his gaze to the battlefield. The demons, who had been battered and broken moments ago, suddenly rose with renewed strength. Their wounds healed, their power returned."
It written demon only and not human so you must be thinking why only demon. So the reason is that human were at there kingdom area protecting it while demon were protecting the land.
Also the reason miko and aurther were there because demon and human were fighting along side each other and because Miko was only one who is from nobal family's (Stated in chapter-6) she had absolute authority but she ordered the army to protect the kingdom and not aid demons because her only goal is to save the kingdom not the world(For now)
While Aurther is just normal person And his kingdom king hate demon so he didn't sent aid. And about other kingdom's well you will know in future chapter or seasons
Now at chapter-1
Well there not much to explain but one thing is that normal people didn't called miko queen because how the justice kingdom is at bad state miko decided to hide her identity because of crime otherwise the assassination would have happened
chapter-2
Same case not To much to explain but her a small things
Diona was able to understand Void(Whisper) because of Void power
Commander raised from death because of blessing and oath (Will be revealed in future chapter) and Yes he have His all power like he used to but the only difference is he can't use all of it because of the soul he hold(his army) He cannot let his army soul go otherwise they will perish without getting what they want (In short bad ending from those souls)
chapter-3
The reason people accept commander with just one word was because Of storys
He was popular for being the only human to be able to fight against angel and make them retreat so the statue of his and book about him have his image making other know he was the commander and also the story about commander coming back whenever kingdom is in danger make normal people believe in him
Later in chapter we know about divine artifacts and I will not spoil but Shadow was able to weild artifact of sun and moon
That artifact is a claymore
The divine artifact are so powerful because it was something that was made my god and whenever a God is born a new artifact get created it was like a notice to other that a new God is born
And Shadow was able to wield the artifact easily not because of his power but because of his something that is in him or his life(in future chapters)
Chapter- 4 and 5
Angel are weaker then Valkyrie and the difference between them is angel can't have God blessing while Valkyrie have God blessing (like time power shown in chapter-5)
And the reason Commander got power was not plot armor
It was because of prayer. When a being perform divine prayer that being have to say the reason for blessing and when commander said it reason Shadow grant him the blessing and also giving someone blessing doesn't need God authority you need to be power then the person that asking for blessing but divine blessing is something that God can give even if they have no authority because of there (core)
That grant them power to share small amount of power without making God weak
And Shadow blessing have different trait depends on user power
Chapter-6
Well it don't have something to explain because most of them will be spoiler but in short it was about miko past and also the reason why she fear or you can say how she judge demon
Chapter-7
Beside Aruther past
The reason Shadow was able to calm him with his power was because of saying
"Shadow will always be with you until you find the light in your life"
So it ability of Shadow that calm a person soul as long as it have Shadow
Chapter-8
This chapter shows training and also the reason void was so rude was because it seen how Shadow was treated (Shadow past) so it don't want human to suffer like them again that why it going hard on them so they can protect themselves
And this chapter also introduce to ability and what weapon or battle style a character uses like miko is fast and speed character that can attack or protect the people in battlefield while aurther uses his strength to attack enemy
It also Show's the difference between human and God in raw strength
Chapter-9
Was just a warm chapter to show that even in such bad time some small smiles can Save people from going hollow
