Having checked every room, Wooheon turned around.

“The place is wide open, which is a concern—but it’d be a good spot for someone to hide. So....”

But Yueul wasn’t behind him.

Frowning, Wooheon looked down—no pile of clothes, so he hadn’t turned into a weasel.

He noticed a slightly ajar door nearby and peeked inside.

Yueul was standing there, phone raised, flash on, staring at the ceiling.

“You startled me—I thought you’d shifted again and run off.”

“Oh—sorry. I just saw something up there.”

Wooheon stepped in beside him and looked up.

There was a drawing on the ceiling.

“Think it’s a Wan-In Sect symbol?”

“Hard to say. I’ll need a closer look.”

Wooheon frowned.

The Wan-In Sect never carved their symbols into ceilings.

It looked vaguely familiar, but still off.

It wasn’t drawn in blood—just pen—and the lines were sloppy.

This wasn’t part of a real ritual.

There was no official sect marking either.
