Most of them are self-explanatory the shop I could buy different cards to use from the game but it only took 'credits' to buy card.
Leaving now, the other options were self-explanatory. My inventory can only carry around 50 items at maximum.
That side I got out of bed as I decided to go grab my deck box.
Grabbing the piece of shit deck I made recently after leaving my old type behind in Domino city when I moved to heartland after the death of my parents in this world.
Out of my deck box, I pulled out the only card I had for my previous back.

Unlike the other world's counterpart this one wasn't a number card, but it also had an additional that it could not be destroyed by battle unlike the other world's counterpart, which did not have this effect.
I used to have a pyro deck unfortunately the deck did not have any xyz so I just had to use xyz that fit.
This was one of them. I unfortunately had to sell my deck due to the lack of funds and I wanted to give my parents a funeral.
Thankfully I was help by some family members and I was able to hold a funeral for them.
Then I transferred to heartland city on recommendation of one of my family members after I fully moved in to the small apartment I got a part-time job.
During my time in the city, using some floor money I had from the month I would buy booster packs where I started to build a new deck unfortunately, most of the cards were not compatible with each other so most of my new deck. It's just a bunch of beat sticks with some good spell cards.

It wasn't much, but it was a start. If I could win, I'd finally have a chance to fix this joke of a deck.

Getting off my bike. I parked it as I walk to a large area as I saw multiple duels going on seeing several hologram.
Everyone here looked like they were straight out of a commercial custom duel disks.
Meanwhile, I had a battered, secondhand duel disk and a deck that barely qualified as one.
I wandered past the plaza where duelists usually gathered for informal matches. A small crowd was cheering around a duel in progress some guy running Heroics, showing off easy OTKs.
Then I spotted him.
A smug-looking duelist about my age, leaning against a streetlight with his duel disk folded at his side. His jacket had a Hunter emblem stitched on the sleeve. He was clearly looking for someone to challenge.
I approached, sliding my duel disk off my shoulder. "You looking for a duel?"
He glanced at me, smirk tugging at his lips. "With that busted thing? Sure. Could use a warm-up."
I ignored the jab and slotted my deck in.
Holographic projectors flared as our duel disks synced. I took a deep breath.
"Let's duel!" we both shouted, Life Points setting to 4000.
He drew with a confident flick. "I'll start! Summoning machina soldier!"
And with that a green cyborg appeared one of his hands, having a large blade.
"Activating machina soldier affect I can special for summon machine type monster from my hand I summon Geargiarsenal on attack mode".
So this guy has a machine type deck.
"With that with these two monsters I build the overly network"
The two monsters spiraled into a vortex of light.
"I xyz summoned Gear Gigant X". A hulking machine constructed from interlocking gears thundered down onto the field, letting out a mechanical roar.
"Gear Gigant's effect once per turn, I add a Level 4 or lower Machine from my deck to my hand."
"After that, I sent two cards face down and my turn".
I drew my opening card, my duel disk humming softly.

I glanced at his Gear Gigant X and two set cards. Not great… if I charge in, I'll just trigger a trap.
I slapped a card onto my disk. "I summon Marauding Captain in attack mode!"
A rugged warrior appeared, dual blades flashing as he took a battle stance.
I slid two cards into my spell/trap zones. "I set two cards face-down and end my turn."
"Your move," I said, keeping my voice steady even as my stomach twisted.
With that, his opponent drew a card starting his turn.
"Gear Gigant X's effect activates! I detach one material to add another Machine from my deck to my hand!"
One of the Xyz materials vanished into the Graveyard as the massive gear-laden titan released a grinding roar. A card slid from his deck putting it in his hand.
"I'll add Machina Gearframe to my hand!"
He quickly slapped another card onto his disk. "And now, I Normal Summon Machina Gearframe!"
An orange-armored humanoid machine clanked onto the field, its metallic arms extending with precision tools.
"Gearframe's effect I equip it to Gear Gigant X as armor!"
The machine leapt onto Gear Gigant X, forming a plated exoskeleton around it.
"Now let's smash that weakling Captain! Gear Gigant X, attack Marauding Captain!"
I flipped my set card instantly. "Spell activate Enemy Controller! I tribute Marauding Captain to seize control of Gear Gigant X for this turn!"
The holographic icon of a retro game controller appeared, wires shooting out and wrapping around Gear Gigant X. My Captain dissolved into pixels, but in return, the massive machine's eyes glowed red, shifting to my side.
"I end my turn" set my opponent as the monster. I now control one back to my opponents field since the affect only let me control it for the end of the turn, I used the card.
With that I draw a card. "I activate part of duality letting me look at the three top carts of my deck, and pick one, and add it to my hand".
As I pulled the three cards on top of my deck, I had a monster reborn another, marauding captain, and a ring of destruction I chose the last card.
"With that, I summon a monster face down and put my marauding captain in defense mode and set two face down I end my turn".
"I draw I normal summon machina sniper when does card in the field you cannot attack any other monster except this one and now I put a face down and machina sniper attack his marauding captain".
"I activate my trap card fiendish chain not only this trap make that your monster cannot attack. It also negate it effect".
"You should've saved that for my stronger monster Gear Gigant X attack his marauding captain"
"I activate another trap ring of destruction this card destroys your monster and we both take damage equal to the monsters attack points".
A ring appeared on Gear Gigant X on we seem to be his neck being a necklace cupboard in grenade bombs before it blew up.
"FINE I activate the trap roll out I can target a union monster in my graveyard equipping it to my machina sniper".
"I end my turn" I said simply.
"Draw I summon Cardcar D I can tribute this card and now draw two cards from my deck"
As I saw my opponent draw, I noticed him looking at his cards and his face twitching slightly.
"I end my turn".
With that, I drew a car from my deck I grin it slightly noticing the card I got.
"I activate monster reborn and target a monster in your graveyard your Gear Gigant X and now I put my two monsters on the field in attack mode I equip Gear Gigant X with united we stand my monster gains 800 attack points for each month I have on the field and now I'm gonna attack your monster".

"I activate my trap threatening roar you cannot attack for this turn".

"Draw I summon yellow gadget I could get a green gadget from my deck and now I have double summon I tribute my yellow gadget I summon an ancient gear gadjiltron chimera I put my machina sniper in defense mode and now I attack with my ancient gear gadjiltron chimera i'm going to attack your Marauding Captain".
