Kiana looked at the woman who had moved into her house again.
She had to hand it to them. Did these bastards really have a thing for creating beautiful women?
This new resident was the [Agent] sent by Sa, an entity meant to explain matters related to the Imaginary.
Her name was 'Vita.'
She had a similar aura to Rita, but with an added touch of lively girlishness.
"You should go back to Venus! Do you understand? What are you doing here?"
Kiana wished this person would get lost immediately. Did such a monstrous inheritor of civilization even deserve to become a pony and join the big family? She should be greeting guests at the door like the androids!
Vita's delicate brows furrowed slightly. She hadn't expected the one to attack her so fiercely would be her.
Logically, the one with the most aggression should have been Dr. Tesla. But as Dr. Tesla's test subject, Vita didn't need to be attacked.
"Alright, let's not get caught up in these small details at a time like this. We still need her to tell us more about the Imaginary."
Mobius stopped Kiana's aggressive urges, successfully making the Imperial Princess temporarily abandon the idea of eliminating Sa.
Mobius turned to Vita and asked, "Tell us specifically about the Imaginary. And why Honkai Energy is contained within the solar system."
Vita finally breathed a sigh of relief. She said with a smile, "That scared me. I thought I was going to be dealt with. I was even thinking about whether I should kneel and beg for forgiveness..."
Seeing Kiana's eyebrows start to rise again, she quickly changed the subject. "The truth is, there's an invisible tide of internal Imaginary energy at the edge of the solar system, forming a natural barrier that spans across galaxies."
"Hmm? Can it stop Noldrei from flying out?" Mobius asked with some curiosity.
"Ah, this..."
Vita was taken aback. How would she know if Noldrei could cross it?
"Didn't he fight with you? Can't you sense whether he can cross it?"
Mobius looked at Vita with suspicion, clearly beginning to doubt whether this [Agent] was lying.
"If I knew how to cross it, I wouldn't be stuck wandering in the Sea of Quanta. Wouldn't it be better to fly out of the solar system early and find a galaxy without the Abyss to rebuild civilization?"
Vita felt wronged too. What kind of authority could an agent like her possibly have? How could a slave owner like Sa really treat her as some kind of 'civilization seed'?
Compared to a good human leader like Noldrei, Sa was like a pile of crap.
If she weren't still under Sa's control, she probably would have been 'drifting through half her life' by now.
"That's true... After all, a waste of a being who has lived for hundreds of millions of years like Sa is truly a rare sight."
Mobius sighed. Only now did she realize how rare people like Noldrei, who worked so hard for the organization and authority of humanity, were.
"Um... you guys... you didn't specifically call me over just to mock me, did you?"
Vita gave a dry laugh and asked, "Didn't you say this was specifically for communication? Hasn't Lady Durandal already gone to Venus?"
"Yes, if you look up, you should still be able to see the strange energy fluctuations on Venus. Sa is probably preparing to fight again. She probably didn't expect Durandal to be able to overwhelm her."
Mobius's words made Vita's expression flicker with surprise, and she quickly reined in her extraneous thoughts.
"What exactly do you want to research?" Vita quickly got to the point.
Mobius asked curiously, "Can you take a spaceship and probe the edge of the solar system?"
"Lady Mobius, with all due respect, I can choose to commit suicide and have Sa send another agent over. You understand, so please don't make me do such a thing. How about you arrange for me to give His Majesty the Emperor a striptease? I can accept that kind of punishment for a captive."
As soon as Vita said this, Kiana mocked her.
"In your dreams. He has absolutely no sexual interest in your current body. I think you'd better change your form before we discuss this."
Vita looked at Kiana in astonishment, but ultimately pretended she hadn't heard and turned back to Mobius to explain, "Sa's energy isn't sufficient for her to do such a thing, so as an agent, my authority isn't high enough. If she could do it, she wouldn't have been captured by His Majesty the Emperor."
"The Director-General's body is much stronger than any of ours. I don't understand why he still insists on the characteristic of being human. A being like that is practically no different from a god."
Mobius rolled her eyes at her. The heroes of the Previous Era were all stronger than the last, but did any of them not consider themselves human?
Clearly, the strength of one's power didn't prove whether one was human or not.
The activity system, the sensory system, and the completeness of many other thought activities were what made one human. Whether one was human was judged by the interaction between lives, not by the form of life's existence.
The reason androids weren't recognized as human was because their conscious interaction originated from the White Tower network, not from interaction with people.
Although Vita didn't get the answer she wanted, she sensed the disdain in their words. It felt as if she were the primitive one, not the product of the advanced Venusian civilization.
'Ugh, I'm being looked down upon by Earthlings.'
Vita felt wronged, but she didn't know how to argue. She had no right to discuss the definition of human in front of the victor. Even the words she spoke had become wrong.
She had thought that since Noldrei called himself an emperor, he should be the type with a divine right to rule. But from Mobius's attitude, Noldrei's imperial structure was completely different from what she understood.
"If you don't understand the power structure of the current civilization, you can go to school and study more. Or if that doesn't work, you can look at the content online. Oh, right, I'm specifically referring to the new quantum network system structured by Academy City."
"If none of that works, you can ask the high school students here. How about it? Next time, don't say such low-level things in front of us..."
Mobius couldn't help but laugh. "It's already a very difficult thing for me to hold back from calling a being who has lived for hundreds of millions of years stupid."
Vita couldn't take it anymore. Her face was starting to turn red.
These people were really treating her like a primitive person, with absolutely no patience for explanation!
Why treat an innocent [Agent] like her this way?
It wasn't like Vita wanted to be like this. When she was created by Sa, her thinking was basically already set. For now, she was just a bit 'pure.'
