Senti-Mobius assessed the situation. "Based on Sa's anchor points, her main strategy is to absorb the energy of Bubble Universes to strengthen herself... I don't quite understand why she doesn't just take over parallel worlds directly."
Noldrei knew a bit about this. He explained, "Because according to Su's observations, the parallel worlds Sa has likely encountered also have Cocoons. So, there's basically no way for Sa to run amok in parallel worlds. That weakling can't even handle the Eigenworld's Cocoon, so she can forget about trying anything with the Cocoons of parallel worlds. She doesn't even have the skill to go 'fishing' in them."
Senti nodded in understanding. "Third Brother is right! How could the successor of such a pathetic civilization dare to mess with the Cocoons of other worlds?"
The two had tacitly confirmed Sa's capabilities.
Vita had only given Noldrei the coordinates of Sa's anchors in the Sea of Quanta. As for how to remove them?
That was far too simple.
Noldrei couldn't even be bothered to lift a finger. "Since Sa wants to absorb the power of these Bubble Universe anchors for herself, we just need to absorb them before her agent does. Then her agent will definitely be unable to sit still and will reveal themself to oppose us. Besides, we don't care if the Bubble Universe lives or dies. Even if we suck it dry, it doesn't matter."
"Our goal is to draw out the agent and eliminate them. So the best way is to make sure our absorption ability is weaker than Sa's, giving the agent a glimmer of hope that they can defeat us. That way, they'll take the bait."

This was just one of Sa's agents. He was about to hit them with a heavy fist and let them taste the emperor's iron might.
"We just have to set things up based on what Sa is afraid of. She talks a big game about being able to defeat Herrschers, but she's terrified of the boss behind them. This leads to one outcome: when her agent goes after a Herrscher, they'll be afraid of the Herrscher calling for backup."
The reason Noldrei gave greatly surprised Senti. She had racked her brain but never would have come up with such a... societal reason.
Even if Sa's agent could defeat a Herrscher, their fear of the Cocoon of Finality would prevent them from truly engaging with one. This perfectly demonstrated the bully-the-weak, fear-the-strong personality of Venus's chosen successor.
Senti nodded. "I get it. I just need to act as bait to attract the agent's attention, and all I have to do is openly absorb the Bubble Universe's energy. Then you'll be responsible for a sneak attack to kill them, right?"
The Herrscher of Sentience was worthy of her title, having devoured Mobius's memories. If she had swallowed someone else's, she might have turned into an honest, hot-headed girl. As it was, Senti understood Noldrei's plan perfectly.
"We'll split the work. I'll watch for anyone suspicious. You'll be the bait over there. We need to clear out all of Sa's related tentacles in the Sea of Quanta as quickly as possible."
Without hesitation, the two took over the central tower of this small Bubble Universe. To facilitate the upcoming battle, they first lopped off the top half of the tower, allowing more of their "brothers and sisters" to see the changes happening in this world.
Next, they began to continuously increase the concentration of Honkai Energy.
And the first to be affected was...
Shigure Kira!
'What's going on? This woman is clearly not a local. Even her clothes are as gaudy as those Schicksal Valkyries.'
Senti was mentally trolling the warrior woman who had come to slay the Honkai. She wondered if spending too much time with Noldrei had given her a certain resistance to these kinds of flashy, organization-specific outfits.
"A Herrscher?!"
Shigure Kira had only just entered this Bubble Universe and hadn't even had time to investigate anything.
Then the tower fell, the Honkai appeared, and then a strange Herrscher showed up.
This was a nightmare for Shigure Kira. She had fled all the way to the Sea of Quanta, so why was the Honkai still chasing her?
And even if it was, why did it suddenly appear without any warning?
Just as Shigure Kira was chasing after Senti, preparing to attack, Senti unexpectedly fired a high-temperature beam from her eyes, catching Shigure Kira completely off guard.
In a panic, she used her weapon to block the sudden attack but was still sent flying by the burst of internal energy it produced.
'What are you doing with my eyes?!'
Senti-Mobius was terrified. She had only just glanced at Shigure Kira, and her eyes had automatically fired a heat ray, giving her no time to prepare.
The Herrscher of Sentience wasn't a particularly powerful Herrscher in terms of combat.
Most of her fighting ability came from the body she possessed. Her only Herrscher-related authority was mostly related to consciousness, but Noldrei's body had no discernible consciousness to speak of.
The guy was purely physical, which was why the Herrscher of Sentience had been firmly controlled ever since she entered his body.
'Don't make a fuss. I just used Honkai Energy to create a simple internal energy impact beam. It was just channeled through the eyeball as a crystalline medium. The human eye is a natural aiming device, so this is the simplest form of attack.'
'Besides, this is my body, so of course I can control it. That part of Elysia is also just being temporarily housed in my body.'
Hearing this gave Senti a pang of heart-stopping fear. So that guy had genuinely wanted to pierce right through that little girl just now.
As a Herrscher, her first instinct had been to try and talk, to ask about her origins. But Noldrei had struck even faster than she'd thought.
After being knocked back, Shigure Kira did a flip and scrambled behind a rock formation in terror.
She stared in horror as half of her weapon melted away. It was completely useless now.
To be able to use her equipment in the Sea of Quanta, Shigure Kira's gear had been specially strengthened and customized. But even such a powerful weapon couldn't withstand a single blow.
"Just how high was that temperature? Could it be the Herrscher of Fire?"
Shigure Kira's mind was full of questions. She couldn't understand why a Herrscher would go to the trouble of causing chaos in the Sea of Quanta.
Shigure Kira's meticulously styled silver-blue hair and her slightly risqué short skirt gave her a distinct idol-like charm, but it was a bit inconvenient for combat.
She looked at a lock of her hair that had been singed off, her mind racing to figure out how to survive in this Bubble Universe.
Just then, the agent took the bait. There was no way it would allow a Herrscher to corrupt this world.
Just as Shigure Kira was marveling at the fact that this world had such a hero, she saw an even larger beam of golden Imaginary Energy shoot from another direction and hit the guy who had just popped out.
The poor guy dissipated into nothingness, like scattered ashes.
Her beautiful blue eyes stared in shock as the dispersing dust gently landed in front of her.
"You died way too fast! Weren't we supposed to have a fight that lasts for hundreds of rounds?"
