Grey closed the door behind him, walked to his closet and changed to his pajamas. He then went to his study desk, slid one of the drawers and on it were multiple medicines. His eyes skimmed past the medicines until he got his desired one. He fished out for the bottle opened it and took a pill. He gulped on it without water, he was already used to such medicines , before he threw the bottle to the drawer and closed it.
He then unceremoniously jumped to his bed and covered himself.
The pain was unbearable and he knew that he could not sleep with it so he took a strong painkiller which also so happened to knock someone cold quickly and in 5 minutes of taking the pill it had worked, he was dead asleep.

Grey felt like he was floating in the middle of nothingness yet it felt so relaxing. This sleep perhaps would be his best. However his bliss was suddenly broken when a sudden force violently tugged him from below. His pure bliss state shift into panic as he willed himself the opposite side of that tag, but he could not do much.
He felt his airways constrict, His eyes close and the feeling of drowning stronger than there. It was as if he was in the middle of a storm
And then he was not.
" Look our new recruit " An almost ethereal like voice said.
Grey opened his eyes and he was met with a man seemingly around his mid 20s looking at him. His eyes were deep violet , his smile mesmerizing and even his black hair silky. Grey had never met such a handsome man in his entire life.
" Leave him alone Wei Ren " The voice was to his side. It was a seemingly normal man. He had deep black eyes and medium height afro hair. Grey internally shuddered at how annoying it was to maintain those. That is why he opted to dreads.
" Ugh you are no fun John " Wei Ren said as he stood up and walked away with a click.
It is only then did Grey get a hold at where he was. It was a large room covered in reflective gold and diamond. To the far right corner was a gym with weight no normal human could possibly lift, and beside it a library of books that seemed to stretch days upon days of length and width yet seemingly fit in the room.
To the far left, consoles with games of every kind some he knew of most he did not. There was another youth on them playing a game that oddly resembled God of war.
In the middle was 11 seats all with floating characters and oddly enough one of them had his name.
To the left were rooms leading to other rooms with named from the seat marked with them
A big hand reached to him. He grabbed it and was pulled up.
" I understand the first time can be disorienting. " John said as he led Grey to his personalized seat. After making him sit, he spoke again.
" Do not worry we will reveal everything in a short while. "
He then turned to the rest.
" There's a meeting everyone. The new kid has arrived. "
Wei Ren was already on his seat. And John was taking his seat currently.
Slowly the others started appearing. All of different looks, height and age. All sat on their seats except one. The one engrossed on the video game.
" Ignore him. He is the original and think he is above everything but in reality he is just a child "
The man's voice was more ethereal than Wei Ren and even more handsome. He had this loving kind look that could met hearts and give complete trusts.
" How about we introduce ourselves to acquaint with each other. Let us go with the chronological order "
He gestured to the middle aged man sitting silently, his posture steady, his face betraying no expression.
" I am Elias Kruger. I hail from a world with man eating creatures known as titans. I was a soldier of the 6th squad of the scout regiment. "
He stopped then looked at a man in his early twenties wearing a kimono. He nodded to him then went back to a more relaxed posture.
" I am Takeshi Arakawa. I was the Ice Hashira of the demon slayers. I believe we have met Grey san. Albeit briefly. "
Grey was quiet. He could not remember meeting such an eccentric person.
" I do not hold it against you for not remembering me Grey san. Influence can live one's memories quite hazy "
" I am Gaius Varro "
An old man in his late 60s spoke. His voice carried authority like non Grey had ever heard not even from Magneto himself. His voice however was not the only thing striking. Grey could almost feel a majestic aura from him yet stained by bloodshed. He looked like a warrior who had survived horrors. The difference was that Elias seemed like a survivor , Gaius felt like a warrior.
" I served the God emperor of mankind as a cadian. I died covered by the guts of my enemies. "
He did not speak further after that.
" Alright... I guess it is my turn. Hello once again Grey. I am Jonathan Okoye. My world is not so different from yours. We had heroes and villains. I too was a hero for my community. However our world I suppose was unlucky as we were invaded by a species known as viltrumites. They were far more powerful than anything you can currently imagine in your world and I managed to kill some but ultimately stopped by their leader , Thragg. I currently may not look like it but I was alive for over 250 years. "
He paused gesturing at a red haired man. He had eyebags, his hair was disheveled and he looked heartbroken if anything.
" I am Renji Kurokawa. My life is a sad one not worth your time. If you need to be taught magic just tell me "
The man next to him, white haired and blue eyed laughed patting the depressed man.
" Oh pay him no heed. His life is truly tragic he has told you. He loved a woman for millennia who ultimately dumped him for a perverted dragon who's only retarded statement was boobs. "
The man paused as if remembering something funny.
" And the funny part is she helped the pervert kill him " He said with roaring laughter lightly tapping Renji before he unceremoniously slumped to the table with a thud seemingly lost in sadness
" But jokes aside I am Sugawara no Katsuro. My life was a fun one . I fought I killed. I made a good friend called Sukuna. He was my bestfriend ..... The we died together making glorious massacres. Anyway a couple centuries later after being resurrected I met my descendant called Gojo who just jumped me and I died. Welp at least the battle was fun " Katsuro said with a shrug.
Grey's head registered Katsuro as someone to be wary off. Extremely wary off.
" Hello Grey "
The owner of the voice was handsome in hid mid twenties but did not have that supernatural beauty seen in someone like Wei Ren. He also did not show anything. Grey could not read him in anyway .
" I have been known by many names. Some praiseworthy, others unfortunately not. I was however granted the name Lucian Veyr by my mother. I apologize for not showing my nature. Should you have questions about magic in general come to me. Renji is qualified for demonic magic I admit but in all other categories he falls far too short "
Lucian ended his introduction leaving Grey curious about his life.

Wei Ren paused. And then smiled. It was a smile that curved his eyes borderline demonic,
" I will love to happily teach them a lesson or two "
He paused seemingly holding himself.
" Oh sorry, forgot to introduce where I come from and the works. My world is not really anything special to be honest. A bit of racism hear and there, lots of killing. Competition of resources called gu and extremely cunning immortals. But I did respect some. Reckless savage demon venerable was my all time favorite. I died happy, ironically. At least I died making sure my horrible ex lost her precious fate gu , that sight was absolutely majestic. "
Grey recoiled. There was another person to be wary of.
" It is finally my turn. I have also been known by many names but the only important one like my comrade is my mother's who granted me the name Li Changsheng. I can say I am proud of how I lived. I improved the lives of mortals and made my realm a better place for all. "
" Now I understand you have questions about this place. This place is known as the Reincarnation realm. Its basically a place for serial reincarnator's past lives and the current lives to link up. Imagine yourself as the main of us currently and we are your souls residues and this mansion a haven created by the reincarnation god for us to rest. "
Grey was quiet for a while.
" So what you are saying I am all of you "

" Thank you for your clarification. No offense but I do not wish to experience what any of you experienced. " His gaze swept through.
" Valid lil bro " Wei Ren said with a smile which grew wider as he saw Grey's shift a bit, clearly anxious.
" Nevertheless. You are here this early because you needed power right ? I so happen to find the best paths for you. Admittedly it required me to understand your life which forced me to look into your life through your memories for that I apologize and I assure that any of these 3 paths .... "
3 jade slips floated in the middle of the round table.
" Will take you to the absolute pinnacle of your world. "
Grey did not say anything. In all honesty it irked him that his privacy was invaded. And his desire for power laid barren. The only consolation out of this was that this man was essentially him and he had the path to power. His unwavering doubt came from deep on his soul. What they spoke was truth.
Grey looked at the three floating jade slips. One of them would give him power. The power to actually be free from ' their ' bondages
