Isis is now in a coma, practically in a near-death state. Normally, no god would be as worried about other gods as much as Osiris is.
The reason why he was worried practically on the verge of desperation, is due to the instability of his wife's soul.
Normally, when a god is killed, only their physical bodies are destroyed, leaving their souls intact. The leading theory is that the huskless soul would slowly gather enough energy to reform its form.
This was one of the many theories circulating through all the Pantheons', even as a primordial god of the Afterlife Osiris knew that this was not something he could touch.
Even for a powerful god like him there were a few limitations, the first is his lack of energy. It might sound ridiculous for a being with enough energy to practically fatten the earth if pushed hard enough lack energy but it is the truth.
If one wants to touch the soul, there are certain criteria none of which Osiris fulfilled. As the soul is one of the most precious resources in the world, only beings related to souls could even dream of touching this domain.
The other reason why Osiris cannot interact with souls is his passion. Ironically, his love for his citizens was the cause of this certain issue.
One rule set by the entity of the soul is that anyone who touches this aspect which it governs, is to be completely indifferent towards the ongoings of anyone and everyone.
Now Osiris had to negotiate for Marco to not attack his people, and if possible, ask Aphrodite for help.
Due to how popular the goddess is there might be some among her contacts who could help his beloved wife. Osiris could not help but feel the weight mounting on his shoulders.
He truly did feel helpless now, being a good king, he had too many responsibilities. He even had to go against himself to put his wife, second to ensure the lives of his people.
