Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Master Vs Student

Jade stood up and walked towards Garuda, stepping over the dead bodies, crushing them. Garuda looked at Jade's face and saw she wasn't going to be reasonable with him. So Garuda grabbed her karate outfit from around her waist and put it on fully. Jade put her dagger away and got into her Sambo fighting-style stance. Garuda got into her taekwondo stance and dashed towards Jade, kicking her arms, trying to get through her guard, but Jade's guard felt unbreakable. Jade grabbed Garuda's arm and forced her to bend over, and then she kicked her in the face and started unloading strong kicks and punches onto Garuda's face, leaving it all bloody. Jade grabbed Garuda and said, "With all this power, you still hesitate to use your best moves. Didn't I teach you that hesitation is defeat?" She let go of Garuda and kicked her in the face. Garuda fell to the ground, and her face and body were covered in scars and bruises from that attack. Garuda stood back up, healing herself, and said, "I won't be holding back anymore." She used her wind magic to enhance her kicks, adding a cyclone with every strike. Jade kept up her guard and was able to block and land a counter hit, punching her in the eye, but this didn't stop her. She grabbed Jade's arm and pulled her closer to Garuda, and she kicked Jade's elbow with an enhanced kick, breaking her arm. Jade's arm was completely broken; she had no other choice but to use her unique skill, elemental mastery. Her unique skill allows her to absorb an element from the area; she was able to use the earth element to reinforce her body, but Garuda didn't stop. She used a powerful star magic spell called conjunction that allows her to move at the speed of light; she started hitting Jade from all angles, not allowing her to move. Even with her stone-like skin, Jade Garuda was able to overpower her, and she hit Jade with a roundhouse kick that knocked her out, and she said, "I won't kill you. I still have a lot of respect for you, Master Jade." When she said that, Yeon and Kaya arrived at the temple, and Kaya said, "Yeon, buy me some time. There's no point in holding back against this opponent." Kaya used a blood magic spell called blood cocoon, and her body was wrapped in a blood-like web. Yeon started walking towards Garuda. "I am going to enjoy killing you." With all the power Jade used, she lost her unique skill, elemental mastery, leaving her with just electric and lightning powers.
