"I... I think I am a Meta Human." As Caitlin's words come out of her mouth, and the team gets to process it, they are left stunned.
"What?" Cisco asks, unable to process it the first time.
"Cisco... I think I am a Meta Human," Caitlin says again.
"You think or you are?" Cisco asks. His voice filled with disbelief.
"I... I am," Caitlin says. She is sure of it. She can feel it, a coldness inside her that wants to come out.
But it's not just that. For some reason, it feels alive.
"Interesting. It looks like you, too, were affected on the night of the particle accelerator explosion, but the meta genes must have stayed dormant until recently. Did something drastic change with your lifestyle that could have such an effect?" Dr. Wells asks.
To which Caitlin unintentionally looks at Barry, as Barry is the only drastic change that happened.
Before, most of her time was spent working at S.T.A.R. Labs and then going back home to watch TV shows alone. It's only recently that her life has finally found some color from the spicy relationship that she developed with Barry.
"Ah, yes, that could be one explanation. Your recent closeness with Mr. Allan might have something to do with it. Cisco, let's run some tests," Dr. Wells says.
Barry and Caitlin look at each other, surprised as they realize that even Dr. Wells seems to know about their relationship.
But to not make it more awkward, they decided to keep their mouth shut.
Barry was also not happy with this revelation. They had tried their best to keep it to themselves, but it looks like they didn't do a good job.
It's especially of concern to Barry because Wells knows about this closeness to Caitlin, and he might use it against him later.
"Come with me," Cisco says to Caitlin and takes her to the bio lab to draw some of her blood and start running some tests.
Barry watches her leave while he wonders what else has changed and what is going to change because of the current development.
Luckily, he is not powerless in the face of such uncertainty.
"Mr. Allen," Dr. Wells calls him. Barry snaps out of his thoughts and looks at Dr. Wells. "Yes," he says. "Something on your mind?" Dr. Wells asks.
"It's... I was just thinking about the man in yellow," Barry says.
"We will catch him, Mr. Allan, and bring justice to your mother and release your father from prison," Dr. Wells says. Lying through his teeth.
Barry looks at Dr. Wells and thinks how good this man is at lying; if Barry didn't know who this man really was, he would have definitely fallen for the act.
"I just don't understand why? Who is he? What does he want? Why did he kill my mother?" Barry, too, continues with his act, wondering if Wells will slip.
"You have proven that you are as fast as he is. The next time you confront him, I promise it won't be as same as last time. You will know why he did everything he did," Dr. Wells says to Barry.
Barry stares at him for a few seconds before nodding his head. Barry understood the hidden meaning behind his words, but Dr. Wells also doesn't know that no matter what he plans, he will always be slower than Barry, and it will always even in Barry's victory.
"I should check on Caitlin," Barry says, and leaves as Wells watches.
'I promise you, Flash, the next time we run against each other, I will break you,' Wells thinks and clenches his fist as he recalls the humiliating loss he suffered at Barry's hand.

Barry enters the bio section of the lab and sees Caitlin sitting on a bed as Cisco takes her blood and leaves to run some tests.
Caitlin smiles at Barry, seeing him walk up to her.
"Well, it looks like everyone knows," Barry says.
"Ya, do you think we were not careful enough?" Caitlin asks.
"I don't know, but something good did come out of this," Barry says.
"What?" Cailin asks.
"I don't have to wait for the room to get empty to kiss you anymore," Barry says, smiling, leans forward and kisses her.
Caitlin kisses him back. Their lips part, and their tongues touch. Their irresistible desire towards each other starts acting up again as they have a very hard time keeping their hands off each other when they are alone.
Too bad they had to break their kiss as Cisco walks in and sees them kissing.
"Please refrain from doing that here," He says. His voice filled with awkwardness.
Barry pulls away, rubbing the back of his head while smiling awkwardly, while Caitlin blushes.
Cisco takes some more samples from Caitlin, her hair, saliva, and even a urine test to make sure they don't miss anything.
Once the results are in, the team groups up in the cortex and looks at the results.
"This is incredible," Dr. Wells says as he sees the results of the tests.
