[3rd POV]
"Is everything ready on your end?" Morgan asked, as she stood in the opening, counting down the time before the seal broke. She was speaking over long distance to Sirzechs, who was actively working faster than before, after hearing that the seal would be shattering in mere minutes.
Morgan had also been speaking with the other leaders during this time, ensuring that Odin was prepared on his end, the runes and other seals ensuring that none of the battling in the Underworld would affect Earth. While also ensuring that should they lose this battle, then it would be much more difficult for Trihexa to break into the human world.
She had been doing this as a last case situation. So that if she did somehow die in this battle, then they would at least have a chance at defeating Trihexa. And if they couldn't defeat her in battle, then at the very least they would be able to find a way off Earth, and away from the planet in general.
As while Trihexa could likely reach Earth and other dimensions, such as Heaven, she doubted that the creature would be able to travel through space with that same amount of ease. Oh, sure, it could probably find any humans that escape to the stars, but that would be immensely difficult for it to do, and was also reliant on the fact that humanity would not be working to find a way to kill the thing.
Technology was powerful. And humanity? Humanity was even more powerful. So, if they were under threat of extinction, even they would have to start bickering amongst one another, and band together to rid the world of the threat. Afterall, there is no reason to bicker with one another if what you're fighting over will not exist in a month.
Hell, Morgan was pretty sure that they could already damage the beast, even if only a little bit. Nuclear weapons were monstrously strong, even by devil standards. As there was a reason why no faction messed with nuclear weapons, and that is because anything short of a Super class entity would get eviscerated by one of those bombs.
Not to mention the amount of damage it would cause to the surroundings, damage that would last for a long time if not properly taken care of. So, they could not really deal with nukes. It was just not worth it. Which is why they tried their best to subtly control the countries in the background, although that was becoming increasingly difficult thanks to the rapid growth of technology.
It was inevitable that they would be found out by the humans, thanks to science being an ever growing aspect of life, that would never stop being learned and experimented with.
"It's under way, but I'm not sure if we're going to have enough time, Morgan. It's going to be cutting it close, very close. Maybe too close for comfort" Sirzechs replied over the call, knowing that Morgan had been hoping for him to be done by the time the seal shattered, but he was beginning to realize that that was probably not happening.
"That's...unfortunate. How close are you to being finished? We have like...three minutes until the seal breaks" Morgan asked, as Sirzechs sighed on the other end. That sigh was not a good sign, Morgan realized.
"70% completed give or take. We have seven parts of the armies completed, but the other three parts are being a pain in the ass. None of the soldiers are opposed to what is happening, and know that they must do this in order to protect the lives of the world. But it's more so coordinating them that is being an issue" Sirzechs replied after a few moments, with Morgan grunting.
"Guess that'll have to do. Make sure they keep preparing, even when the battle starts. I'm gonna give the others a call" Morgan said, as she left the call with Sirzechs, and moved onto Ajuka and Falbium.
"How are the two of you doing on your end?"
"Excellent. All preparations are completed, all pieces are in play. We have had no complications or anything of the sort. So we are ready for the seal to shatter. What about Sirzechs and the others?" Ajuka asked, not knowing about the progress of the other leaders.
"So far? It looks like Sirzechs is behind, at only around 70% or so. But it should be fine, as long as he can get the rest of them organized within the next few minutes, which I am expecting to happen. I haven't called the others yet though" Morgan replied, with Ajuka humming on his end.
"I see. Do I need to head over to him to help hasten the process?"
"No, it should be fine. And it is important that you stay in that group, since the initial battle against the beast will only be attended by myself, Ophis, Shiva, Amaterasu, and Quetzalcoatl. The super class and higher entities will slowly trickle in as we fight the beast" Morgan informed the man, as she heard him give her a short hmm in agreement.
"Alright, I'm gonna give the others a call, need to make sure that everything is going well on their end" Morgan said, as she soon called Odin. The man had been working very well on his end, and had made sure all the wards, runes, and seals were completely functional. While also ensuring the members of his pantheon were at the ready, each of them wielding an anti-dragon weapon that would hopefully deal extra damage to Trihexa.
Odin had confirmed that everything was in place, and that they were ready for what was coming. With Thor being very excited to take part in the war against the beast.
The next person she had called was Aphrodite, who had been working with the other Gods to ensure they were all prepped and ready. Shiva, Amaterasu, and Quetzalcoatl were not in charge of this area, as they were to directly take part in the initial battle, so they were focused on just waiting for Morgan's signal to take part in the battle.
They were ready, thankfully. And all of the Gods had absorbed the excess divinity that she had supplied to them all thanks to there being quite a lot of idiotic dead gods that had taken part in the war against the Heavenly Demonic Pantheon. Each and every single member of this God army was at least Satan class in power.
That was how monstrously strong her faction had become. But, even with that, Morgan was not entirely certain about winning. And she knew that a bunch of Satan class fighters wasn't going to do jack shit against the beast.
After making sure that was ready, she had called Lilith, who was working with the Fallen Angels and Devils, which they had confirmed was ready and prepped.
Michael and the Archangels were called, all of them confirming their respective areas were ready to go. Each of these areas were involving further seals, Holy systems that would strengthen everyone that was not devils or demonic in nature, and a few more.
Basically they were going to be healing and buffing the shit out of the fighters, while the strongest of the angels were to eventually take part in the battle themselves.
Eventually, as Morgan finished talking with her people, she felt...something. Strong, dark, chaotic...wrong.
And she felt the Underworld in it's entirety begin to shake powerfully, her senses reacting powerfully, as she saw in the distance Rizevim reappear. She didn't even hesitate to send off Grayfia without her even being able to say a word, as she activated the wards around the now shattered seal.
Rizevim died the moment the wards activated, not even able to flare his power.
And Morgan felt Shiva, Amaterasu, Quetzalcoatl, and Ophis appear around her. Each of them in armor, with only Ophis still in her normal uniform.
But Ophis was staring at the growing dark energy, as it grew larger and larger.
"Something is wrong" Ophis said, a frown on her face as Morgan noticed it as well. She had known about the power of Trihexa beforehand, it was estimated to be aorund the same level as Ophis and Great Red, but with really annoying abilites that made it hard to kill.
But this...something was not right about this. The aura was pressing down on her in ways that not even Ophis could compare to.
Which was concerning.
But Morgan couldn't think on it more, as she gasped, feeling an earth shattering SCREEEAOOOR shatter the silence, making her grunt as she felt several of the wards shatter underneath the power of a mere roar.
And slowly, she began to watch as the energy began to warp and change into a large figure. Her eyes widening in shock, as for the first time in a long, long time.
Morgan began felt a flicker of fear.
Because she realized as the figure began to grow and warp and crack, that this...this was not the Trihexa that she had prepared for.
This was not even Trihexa at all.
It was something...more.
Something stronger.
Something deadlier.
Something that carried a name in another world, in another life.
She had always wondered why her servant had carried the name, when she looked nothing like the one she knew.
And now she knew why.
Her servant? She was the copy, a mimic, just using the name of the real thing.
And as she watched the figure begin to reveal itself, Morgan realized that all of her plans that she had made?
They were useless.
For she knew now that she was not dealing with Trihexa, no...she was far deadlier than even a Dragon God.
She was known by many names, and many titles.
The Mother of Monsters.
She Who Brought the Beginning.
She who rules over the sea of life.
In another world, in another life, in another reality, she had one title known more than any other.
BEAST II
But her true name was...
The Mother of Genesis...
TIAMAT

That's the end of the chapter!
Yes, this is something I have had planned for a long long time. Ever since I had first brought up the Tiamat of DxD. Trihexa as it was, was simply not a threat to Morgan, not even remotely. But Tiamat? Fate Tiamat?
That was a genuine final enemy, one that could give her a proper battle, and one that could kill her.
She is far stronger than any of the Dragon Gods, so it will be a proper fight.
Anyways, have a good day
