Lyne nearly jumped in a fright, she suddenly became cold.
"That is more than enough of all that nonsense. Trin does not need to be in any sort of rush, when the right time has come, she will marry the right man for her. You have to understand that being the crown prince's wife comes with quite a lot of responsibility and new changes, not everyone can adapt to that, and Trin does not need to change herself to be perfect," her father said.
"Thank you father," she smiled at him. She could always count on him, always.
"There is no need for you to thank me, Trin. I am simply saying the truth," Earl Tlyn smiled. "Now, can we all eat our meal in peace?".
"Yes, father," Trin and Lynn replied.
"Yes," their mother said. She was boiling on the inside but could not show it. She hated it whenever her husband shunned her in such a rude manner in front of the girls. It made her feel inferior.
