Rasmus looked at how peaceful the kingdom was, and how the people lived normally as if they weren't worried about what was happening. He remembered what Lenin said about Western people who believed they were better than other humans from other continents. Their belief was that their blood was still pure, the same as the first humans that roamed Neva.
"Out of curiosity, why did the three of you choose to be in the same carriage as me?" Rasmus glanced at Aris, Rullein, and Serena.
"Just to keep Videl away from you. This carriage might take a few minutes to arrive at the palace. You could be spending hundreds of years if he decided to bring you to hell again," Serena answered, sitting across from Rasmus. "We are just protecting you, that's all," she smiled, tilting her head and staring at Rasmus.
