A jet of dark, glistening liquid shot toward him.
Ben twisted his body mid-motion.
SPLASH.
The venom hit the ground behind him and sizzled on impact.
His instincts screamed. 'Acid.' If that had landed, it would not only burn, it would eat straight through his flesh.
He could regenerate, but this kind of damage was something he preferred to dodge.
The Venom Ravager did not stop.
It rushed him, claws slicing through the air.
Ben ducked, but he was a moment too late.
A sharp, searing pain tore across his side.
His body flew backward and skidded across the battlefield.
