The preparations for war continued day by day; everything kept on coming, adding to things that had already piled up. And Sienna-Rose's estate is becoming busier with more people coming. Messengers came and went, guards patrolled the gates, and servants hurried to make room for new arrivals.
The Queen of Aethelgard and her two children had moved in under Sienna-Rose's protection. They already had the king and his family before, but now, they'll be here longer than before.
Now its halls are filled with the laughter of the young princes, their tutors, and some of the personal royal guard for the queen and their children. Maximus didn't put more knights because he knows that nothing is safer than being inside Sienna-Rose's estate.
