On the outskirts of Rainbow City, a group of individuals dressed in Team Rocket uniforms were commanding numerous Pokemon to launch a coordinated assault against a charming young woman named Green.

Green stood her ground with a Blastoise and a Clefairy by her side, but her current situation was far from favorable. While her Blastoise possessed considerable strength, the sheer number of opposing Pokemon made it nearly impossible for the Water-type to handle them all effectively. As for Clefairy, this delicate Pokemon was clearly outmatched in such an intense battle scenario and could only provide minimal support from the sidelines.

"You people! Going to such lengths to corner a single woman like me - have you no shame whatsoever?" Green called out, maintaining her characteristic smile despite the fury burning within her heart.

She had initially calculated that she could hold out for a reasonable amount of time using her own tactical abilities, but she hadn't anticipated that Team Rocket would deploy such an overwhelming force against her. This wasn't merely a skirmish - every opposing trainer was giving their absolute best effort to defeat her, systematically dismantling the clever traps she had prepared in advance.

Originally, Green had expected to last at least thirty minutes, giving Eddie enough time to arrive on his Charizard for a rescue operation. However, less than ten minutes had passed, and she was already finding herself in serious trouble.

What Green couldn't possibly know was that Team Rocket operatives were operating under extreme pressure at this very moment. They desperately needed to resolve this situation before Erika returned to the area, as her arrival would spell disaster for everyone involved in this unauthorized operation. This urgent timeline explained why every Team Rocket member was fighting with such determination and intensity.

"Little girl, you should surrender that disk containing Mew's genetic information to us immediately, and we might consider sparing your life," the division captain continued his psychological warfare against Green. "Otherwise, don't blame us for showing no mercy. It would be such a waste to damage such a beautiful face."

The captain's words of persuasion were nothing more than empty rhetoric. Regardless of the outcome, since Green had dared to steal valuable data from Team Rocket, the organization would ensure she faced severe consequences as an example to others. His negotiation tactics were merely an attempt to destabilize her mental state and force a quick surrender.

After all, if victory could be achieved without prolonged conflict, why wouldn't any reasonable commander prefer that option?

Meanwhile, positioned toward the rear of the Team Rocket formation, two distinctive figures were engaged in hushed conversation.

"Jessie, look at that girl over there," whispered a blue-haired man whose hair color clashed noticeably with Team Rocket's standard black uniform. "Her individual strength might not be particularly impressive, but with that Blastoise supporting her, she's managed to withstand our coordinated assault for a full ten minutes. That Pokemon must be incredibly powerful."

The man, James, was speaking quietly to his partner - a woman with long magenta hair that similarly contrasted with the regulation uniform colors.

Since everyone had already concluded that Green's defeat was inevitable, they felt comfortable taking a brief respite from the intense battle.

"You're absolutely right, James," replied the female Team Rocket member named Jessie, her voice filled with obvious envy. "If it weren't for that Blastoise's protection, this girl would have been overwhelmed the moment we discovered her location. The fact that she can maintain resistance for so long under our concentrated attack speaks volumes about that Pokemon's strength. How wonderful it would be if we possessed such a formidable Pokemon ourselves."

"You two - do you really desire a Blastoise that badly?" interrupted a voice that shouldn't have been capable of human speech.

Both Team Rocket members turned to see a Meowth standing beside them, the source of the perfectly articulated human language. While a talking Meowth was certainly unusual, most Pokemon trainers were aware of this particular Meowth's unique ability.

However, Team Rocket as an organization had shown little interest in this Meowth's linguistic capabilities. Despite its remarkable talent for human communication, the Pokemon possessed virtually no other noteworthy abilities and demonstrated consistently poor battle performance.

The Meowth lacked even the basic strength necessary to evolve into a Persian, which raised serious questions about its potential as a combat asset. While some Pokemon could achieve great power without evolutionary advancement, this particular Meowth was clearly not among them.

According to the Meowth's own explanation, the process of learning human language and adapting to bipedal locomotion had somehow caused it to forget fundamental Pokemon battle instincts and growth mechanisms. Its power level had remained stagnant at approximately level 25, with no improvement possible regardless of training methods attempted.

Therefore, even with its unique linguistic abilities, in a world where strength determined everything, what practical value could such a Pokemon offer? Team Rocket's research projects were entirely focused on developing combat capabilities, and Meowth's inability to contribute in this area had actually protected it from being subjected to various experimental procedures.

"Meowth, what exactly are you suggesting?" James asked, his eyes lighting up with sudden interest. "Do you know where we might find a Blastoise? That evolutionary line is extremely rare in the wild."

"Well, I don't know of any available Blastoise - and even if I did, we probably wouldn't be strong enough to capture one," Meowth replied with characteristic honesty, patting its chest proudly. "However, I do know the location of several Squirtle..."

The trio continued their whispered planning session, discussing their post-mission expedition to locate the Squirtle that Meowth had mentioned. However, their personal ambitions had little bearing on Green's current predicament.

Faced with this seemingly hopeless situation, Green's tactical mind was working overtime, searching for any possible escape route or method to continue her resistance.

"This approach won't work," she concluded silently.

Green possessed exceptional intelligence and strategic thinking abilities. She could easily see through the Team Rocket captain's insincere negotiations, and she had no intention of surrendering her current ace in the hole without a fight.

Reaching into her equipment pack, she withdrew a magnetic data disk and displayed it with a confident smile.

"You want information about Mew? Well, Mew happens to be my intended target!" she declared with the kind of naive confidence that only comes from not fully understanding the legendary Pokemon's true power.

Before the Team Rocket operatives could respond with mockery about her obvious overconfidence, Green's next action sent waves of panic through their ranks.

Without warning, she tossed the magnetic disk toward her Blastoise, and the massive Water-type Pokemon immediately opened its powerful jaws to catch the precious data storage device.

"You... you wouldn't dare!" the division captain shouted in absolute terror, convinced that Green was about to destroy the disk in a desperate act of mutual destruction.

"Hmm, I think you might be misunderstanding the situation here," Green replied casually, though the Team Rocket operatives' panic was exactly the reaction she had been hoping to provoke. "The magnetic disk isn't actually damaged yet."

While Green claimed there was a misunderstanding, the truth was that Team Rocket's fearful response was precisely what she had been calculating to achieve.

"My Blastoise didn't bite down on the disk - it's simply holding it carefully in its mouth," she explained with deliberate nonchalance.

The division captain felt a surge of relief upon hearing this clarification and immediately focused his attention on the Blastoise. Indeed, the data disk appeared to be intact, held securely but gently between the Pokemon's formidable jaws.

"Of course, while the disk hasn't been damaged yet, if your attacks become too aggressive and my Blastoise accidentally gets startled or uses too much pressure..." Green let the implication hang in the air meaningfully. "Well, it might really crush the disk completely."

"But if that doesn't concern you, then by all means, continue your assault with full force!" she added with a playful wink and an enchanting smile.

At this moment, Green's attractive smile appeared to the Team Rocket operatives not as charming, but as the malevolent grin of a demon - hideous and absolutely infuriating in its calculated manipulation.

"Damn it! Everyone listen carefully - you must exercise extreme caution when targeting that Blastoise!" the captain commanded furiously. "If anyone's Pokemon is responsible for damaging that disk, don't bother waiting to face punishment back at headquarters - I'll personally send you to hell right here and now!"

The division captain's threatening words had their intended effect, causing every Team Rocket member to hesitate before launching full-powered attacks against the Blastoise. Green's tactical gambit had successfully neutralized their numerical advantage.

Green's Blastoise had recently achieved Peak-level strength, a formidable accomplishment. While several Team Rocket operatives present were also Elite-class trainers, none of them could afford to use their maximum power against an Elite-level Pokemon when the slightest miscalculation could result in the destruction of their primary objective.

The implications of such a failure were crystal clear to everyone involved, and the resulting stalemate was exactly what Green had been hoping to achieve.
