To avoid damaging the precious disk, Team Rocket had significantly reduced the number of Pokemon attacking Blastoise. Previously, the entire squad's Pokemon would surround and overwhelm their target with coordinated strikes. Now, only two or three Pokemon cautiously engaged Blastoise, their movements hesitant and restrained.

However, this tactical limitation proved counterproductive. Unable to unleash their full power, the Team Rocket Pokemon found themselves unable to defeat Blastoise. Worse yet, any careless move would result in their immediate defeat at the hands of the powerful Water-type.

"Hahaha, come on then! I dare you to use your full strength - if you can manage it, I'll admit defeat!" Green taunted, her voice filled with gleeful satisfaction. She particularly enjoyed watching the Team Rocket members glare at her with barely contained fury, their frustration evident in every expression.

It was exactly the kind of helpless rage she loved to see - that look of people wanting desperately to retaliate but being completely powerless to do so.

"Wow, even when we can't fight at full strength, this Blastoise is incredibly resilient," one grunt muttered in amazement.

"You're absolutely right! It's clear that rare and powerful Pokemon are truly exceptional. Once we complete this mission, we absolutely must capture that Squirtle we encountered earlier," another replied with growing excitement.

Jessie and James found themselves sighing in admiration once again, marveling at how powerful Pokemon demonstrated such overwhelming strength. While their observation wasn't entirely incorrect, attributing a trainer's entire capability solely to their Pokemon's raw power revealed a fundamental misunderstanding of Pokemon battling.

With such a limited perspective, these two operatives' potential for improvement remained severely restricted.

"Don't worry about it! After we finish this mission, I'll personally take you both to find that Squirtle. Then we'll finally become the powerful team we've always dreamed of being!" Meowth declared enthusiastically.

The more Meowth witnessed Blastoise's incredible abilities in action, the more desperate it became to capture the Squirtle they had encountered previously. It patted its chest confidently, barely able to contain its eagerness to embark on the hunt with its two human partners.

Unlike these three operatives who maintained inexplicably optimistic attitudes despite their current predicament, several Team Rocket captains wore expressions of absolute fury.

"Damn it! Just because you can't use full strength, you think you can act so superior?" one captain snarled.

Although the captain's face remained twisted with anger, a subtle smile played at the corners of his eyes - the unmistakable expression of someone whose plan was proceeding exactly as intended.

Green had kept her attention focused primarily on Team Rocket's strongest captain throughout the battle. She immediately noticed that telltale smile flickering in his eyes.

"Oh no! Have I been tricked? Blastoise, watch out for your surroundings!" Green suddenly felt a chill of realization and immediately warned her Pokemon to stay alert. Unfortunately, her warning came a crucial moment too late.

During the ongoing battle, Blastoise's eyes suddenly locked onto a Pokemon positioned in the distance. It was a Drowzee, methodically waving its hands in a hypnotic pattern.

The moment Blastoise spotted the Psychic-type, it became completely captivated by the Pokemon's mesmerizing gestures. Within seconds, Blastoise had fallen into a deep sleep despite being in the middle of combat.

The attacking Pokemon carefully approached the now-defenseless Blastoise and gently extracted the disk from its mouth, promptly delivering the precious item to their captain.

"Hahaha, little girl! Did you really think your clever tricks would work indefinitely? The true strength of Team Rocket isn't something you can handle with such amateur tactics!" the captain laughed triumphantly.

His joy stemmed not only from finally recovering the disk, but also from the prospect of teaching Green a lesson she would never forget.

"Since we've successfully retrieved the disk, there's no longer any need to hold back our strength! Everyone, attack with maximum force!" the captain commanded with a dramatic wave of his hand.

Almost every Pokemon under Team Rocket's control rushed toward Green's position. At this critical moment, she had only a fragile Clefairy by her side, making the situation extremely perilous.

"Little girl, if there happens to be a next life, remember never to oppose Team Rocket again! Hahaha!" the captain taunted mercilessly.

"What's making you so incredibly happy? Can someone like me share in your joy?" an unfamiliar voice interrupted the captain's celebration mid-laugh.

His expression of unbridled mirth froze in an almost comical manner as the unexpected interruption caught him completely off guard.

As the mysterious voice echoed across the battlefield, the Pokemon preparing to overwhelm Green were suddenly engulfed by intense flames that rained down from the sky above.

Many Pokemon lost their ability to battle the instant the fire attacks connected. The few that remained conscious were obviously severely injured and struggling to maintain their footing.

"Who dares interfere with Team Rocket's operations?!" the captain roared in fury, immediately turning his attention skyward to locate the source of the devastating attack.

"Haha, not only do I dare to oppose Team Rocket, but I've also personally defeated your three Executives in battle. You, as a mere division captain, might possess some cunning, but your actual strength is nothing particularly impressive," a young man declared with a confident sneer.

He descended from the sky riding a magnificent Charizard, his words carrying an unmistakable air of arrogance.

"Wow! That's a Charizard! Another Pokemon as rare and powerful as Blastoise!" Jessie exclaimed in amazement.

"It's incredibly strong - even stronger than that Blastoise! It turns out dragons are significantly more powerful than turtles. It would be absolutely wonderful if we could obtain such a Pokemon," James added with obvious longing.

Upon witnessing Charizard's overwhelming power, Jessie and James immediately shifted their allegiance. They had just been praising Blastoise moments earlier, but now they completely abandoned their previous admiration in favor of worshipping the Fire-type.

"Um, I don't know where we could find a Charizard, and I don't know anything about Charmander either. Are you still planning to search for that Squirtle?" Meowth asked in confusion.

While it was also impressed by Charizard's incredible strength, it had no idea where they might locate a Charmander, so it decided to ask its partners directly.

"Of course! They're all rare Pokemon - we want every single one of them!" Jessie replied without hesitation.

"That's exactly right! Although this Charizard appears extremely powerful, Water-type moves are super effective against Fire-types. If we had Blastoise on our team, we could definitely defeat this Charizard!" James added with renewed enthusiasm.

Jessie and James naturally hoped to possess both powerful Pokemon, but reality obviously couldn't accommodate their ambitious wishes. Consequently, they had "switched sides" once again in their fickle admiration.

These three operatives were certainly entertaining. Even in this tense situation, they continued focusing on such trivial matters, apparently oblivious to the fact that their division captain was becoming genuinely enraged by Charizard's intervention.

"You claim to have defeated our three Executives? Hahaha! Where did this delusional madman come from? Do you have any idea who Team Rocket's three Executives actually are?" the captain laughed with bitter fury.

"If you truly understood their identities and capabilities, you would flee immediately rather than dare to claim you've defeated them!" he continued mockingly.

"Who are the three Executives? Of course I know - Lt. Surge, Koga, and Sabrina, correct? I'm not lying when I say I've defeated all three of them in battle," the newcomer replied calmly.

The arrival was naturally Eddie, who had rushed from the Game Corner's basement and ridden Charizard to rescue Green. Having arrived at this critical moment, he finally felt relaxed enough to toy with the division captain.

However, Eddie had indeed defeated the three Executives personally, and his claim was entirely truthful.

Regarding Lt. Surge, there was no question - Eddie and Ash had defeated him aboard the S.S. Anne, forcing the Electric-type specialist to retreat in defeat.

Sabrina had been outmaneuvered through Eddie's Oscar-worthy acting performance. He had ultimately used psychological tactics to calm her volatile temperament, leaving her frustrated but unable to retaliate effectively.

The most unfortunate was undoubtedly Koga, who had been defeated once at Mt. Moon and again at Pokemon Tower. Eddie had even ambushed him during their second encounter, and it remained unclear whether the Poison-type specialist had fully recovered from those humiliating defeats.

While Eddie was merely taunting Team Rocket with his words, their reaction exceeded his expectations considerably. He hadn't yet realized the significant impact his actions against Team Rocket had caused throughout their organization.

The tension in the air was palpable as both sides prepared for what would undoubtedly be an intense confrontation, with the fate of the precious disk hanging in the balance.
