Her voice created a huge scene that the office workers, even the clients and a lot of people waiting in line for the boss due to appointment, stared in shock and wonder as their cold and ruthless CEO lifted the new assistant secretary on his shoulder as if laying his claim on her.
Carlos moved in huge strides until he got to his office on the seventh floor. There, he dropped her down with burning rage in his eyes.
"So you were cozying up to Felix, again?"
Anna immediately retorted. "What, cozying up? He's the Secretary and I'm his assistant."
"What does assisting a flirty secretary have to do with touching his hair? Huh, tell me Anna. Is his hair more silky than mine?"
Anna wanted to say something to counter what he had just said when she suddenly realized, her eyes scrutinizing him deeply.
