Carlos did not care about the reaction on her face and he commanded sternly.
"Place the file on the table. Also, report to John about the conference meeting. He should represent me."
She glared at Anna as she played with the CEO's hair. How on earth did she even get his consent? No wonder she had been too brazen a few months back, calling the CEO by his name which had them all wondering whether she was having a death wish.
Now she realised that the CEO had granted her permission. She turned to leave but decided to start up something.
"Uh, boss, I think I saw lady Tara downstairs. She's been causing a huge scene in order to get your attention."
Carlos brows furrowed, trying to remember. "Who?"
She smiled, staring daggers at Anna and said almost like passing a silent message through to her.
"The one who kissed you in public, marking her territory."
Carlos immediately stiffened.
