As the only survivor of O'Hara, she was offered a bounty of 10 million at the age of eight. Although she was released by Aokiji during the O'Hara incident, she has lived a life of wandering ever since.
Objectively speaking, Robin is a tragic character in the original work. Before she met the Straw Hat Pirates, her life was full of darkness and despair.
When she was young, her father died early, and Robin's childhood was always lacking in fatherly love.
Because her mother was a wanted criminal hunted by the World Government, Robin has been living a lonely life and has been raised by relatives since she was a child.
However, Robin, who lived under the care of others, was not only despised by relatives and neighbors, but also because of her devil fruit ability, she was regarded as a monster by the children nearby.
It was not until she followed the Hara scholars to study archaeology that Robin found the dawn of life and became an archaeologist with full marks.
It's a pity that the O'Hara incident later completely destroyed Robin's childhood.
Her life was filled with darkness from then on!
"Nicole Robin…"
"I didn't expect to meet her here."
Looking at the pretty girl in front of him, with a dirty face, Leon even suspected that he had seen her wrong. After all, she was too different from the charming and hot image in the original book.
"Do you know me?"
Robin's dark and clear eyes stared at Leon fearfully, and her soft voice contained a sense of fear and trepidation. Obviously, the dark life over the years has made her extremely sensitive to everything.
"Nicole Robin."
"The only survivor of O'Hara, the bounty is 79 million Baileys!"
Facing Robin's fearful eyes, Leon told her the details.
"Who are you?!"
Robin's face changed drastically, and she instinctively took a step back. The three words "O'Hara" were like a nightmare, bringing back her childhood nightmares.
"Leon…"
"This is my partner Uchiha Madara!"
As if he had expected Robin to have such a reaction, Leon showed a gentle smile on his face, which inadvertently calmed Robin's emotions.
"It turned out to be you!"
"Because of killing the spider demon a while ago, it caused a sensation in the Grand Line. The first bounty was over 100 million for the monster."
Standing there like a daze, Robin opened her mouth in shock, and was so surprised that she couldn't even say a word.
One 300 million, the other 500 million.
Although this number is very common in the New World, it is definitely enough to deter in the first half of the Grand Line. After all, this place is called a paradise, and the competition is far less cruel than in the New World.
Faced with the legendary pirate, Robin was at a loss for a moment. Even though she was strong inside, she could hardly hold back her tears!
"Little Robin, there's no need to be so nervous. I don't mean any harm." Leon's words,Robin's eyes lit up instantly.
Robin gritted her teeth and looked at Leon bravely.
"Don't be so reserved, we will be partners from now on." Under Robin's suspicious gaze, Leon took the initiative to approach her.
"What do you mean?!"
Robin was stunned and didn't react for a while.
"It is said that you are proficient in archaeology and can read historical texts." Leon smiled and stretched out his arm, inviting Robin, "I just need such a partner around me, are you interested in sailing with me?"
"I…did I hear it right?"
Robin was flattered by Leon's invitation, and even felt immersed in a dream.
Since she had lived a life of wandering since she was a child, and often had to lie to survive, Robin had long adapted to the cruelty of the Grand Line.
Although she is not very old now, Robin has many insights.
She knew very well what Leon and Madara's bounty meant!
Therefore, being invited by Leon was obviously a dream come true for Robin, who was living in poverty now!
"If you didn't lie to me, I really wanted to follow you, but can you tell me the reason?" After thinking for a moment, Robin responded hesitantly.
Her hesitation was not because of distrust, but because she had experienced too much darkness before, and Robin was afraid of stepping into despair again!
"Because you can read historical texts, is this reason enough?" Leon put his hands on Robin's shoulders, and their eyes met in mid-air.
"But…"
Although Robin longed to get rid of the dark days, she didn't think she could be with Leon and Madara.
After all, the two men in front of her were super rookies with strong momentum!
"No buts, no need to be so restrained, I know your past very well, and I also need your archaeological ability." Leon interrupted Robin's words.
"Forget the darkness and pain of the past. From now on, you are my family!" Leon's handsome face was filled with a gentle smile, and he gently stroked Robin's little head with comfort.
"Family?"
Reciting this word that once appeared in his childhood, he finally couldn't help but burst out with tears of grievance. Even if Robin was stubborn, he couldn't hold it back.
"That's right, as a wanted criminal of the navy, you will be my family from now on!" Leon wiped the tears from the corners of Robin's eyes. Seeing the little Robin crying, he couldn't help but feel pity in his heart.
"Mr. Madara, Robin will be our partner from now on. Her archaeological ability will be of great use in the future!" Hugging the aggrieved little loli into his arms, Leon turned sideways and looked at Uchiha Madara.
"Hmm…"
"It's up to you!"
Uchiha Madara didn't react much to the addition of a new partner.
After all, he and Leon had been in contact for a long time, and Madara gradually accepted Leon as his partner., naturally would not hold any objection.
"Little Robin…"
"In addition to Uchiha Madara, there will be equally powerful partners in the future."
Holding Robin's three thousand black hair in his palm, Leon looked at the distant sea level.
"We will protect your safety!"
