Bardi and Doomsday battled fiercely in space.
From Earth, they had blasted the moon, then crossed Mars and passed Phobos.
Pong...
Doomsday's body, like a flaming meteorite, streaked through the thin Martian atmosphere, tearing a rift through it. He clashed violently in space with Bardi, who chased closely behind. Their fight crashed into the asteroid belt.
In the planetary belt, they hurled asteroids at each other, using them as weapons. Amidst the super-speed meteorite field, they relentlessly smashed planets and celestial bodies. Their battle was earth-shattering, like a war between titans that destroyed the stars.
On Mars, beneath the blue sun.
Mars has a thin atmosphere filled with large dust particles. Mie scattering dominates, with wavelengths matching red light, which causes sunlight to scatter such that the sunsets appear bluish from the Martian surface.
On the ground, two White Martians emerged from beneath the Martian crust, stepping onto the surface of the desert Gobi.
They were tall and burly, with red muscle fibers and large, exposed white bones. A thin layer of pale skin covered their bodies. They had white pupils, high, pronounced cheekbones, and deep-set eyes. To human eyes, they would appear as monsters.
In fact, this species had lived on Mars for hundreds of millions of years, divided into Green Martians and White Martians. After a racial coup, only White Martians remained on the planet.
Due to their telepathic social structure, they did not wear clothing.
The leader of the White Martians, appearing slightly taller, gazed into the distance at the blue sunset, his heart gripped with fear as he took a deep breath.
He had seen Bardi and Doomsday's battle, witnessed the destruction of the moon. Even Phobos, Mars' nearby moon, had been obliterated by a tenth, which terrified him.
"Chief, they…"
The subordinate beside him, pale pupils trembling, spoke in horror as they watched Bardi and Doomsday fly across their sky, nearly annihilating Phobos. The fear gripped everyone.
The moon had already been destroyed, exploding into dazzling auroras scattered across the cosmos. Its fragments turned into meteorites, crashing toward various planets under the pull of their gravity.
Now, these two monsters were fighting and moving near Mars, alerting the White Martians.
"Let it go."
The taller White Martian restrained his shock and stopped his subordinate from speaking further.
Even if they wanted to intervene, they were powerless. The force that could destroy the moon could just as easily obliterate Mars. There was nothing they could do.
Fortunately, Bardi and Doomsday had passed by Mars, which brought a moment of relief to the White Martians.
But that relief came too soon.
In the asteroid belt, Bardi and Doomsday continued their brutal melee, smashing each other with meteorites. Amid the chaos, Bardi observed and evaluated closely.
Doomsday's power, and the speed at which his physical strength increased, had reached terrifying levels.
On the moon, Bardi could easily overpower Doomsday. But after destroying the moon and entering the ferocious combat of the asteroid belt, Doomsday's strength was now comparable to Bardi's.
This terrifying rate of power increase, fueled by cell stimulation and strengthened by each attack, turned Doomsday into a monster. His cells absorbed and transformed kinetic energy, making him increasingly fearsome.
It was a perfect demonstration of energy conservation at the cellular level.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It only changes from one form to another or transfers between objects. Doomsday embodied this, his cells constantly absorbing, converting, and storing energy from every blow. His body was like a self-sustaining micro-universe, endlessly cycling energy.
But even this scientific marvel had limits. A closed system, no matter how adaptable, eventually weakens when external energy can no longer replenish it.
Doomsday was not infinite.
At the climax, Bardi transformed into his magical true form. He stood five meters tall, even larger than Doomsday. His steel-like muscles radiated strength. Under his cloak, his immense frame emitted dark energy, like a star-destroying devil from the abyss.
In the depths of space, his dark pupils fired beams of black light. They struck Doomsday's chest, turning it into chocolate, disintegrating the energy stored within.
After Bardi continuously turned Doomsday's limbs into chocolate, Doomsday could no longer evolve defenses in time. His energy was too depleted to continue adapting.
Boom...
A hole opened in Mars' atmosphere.
Doomsday, with limbs darkened and his chest and abdomen turned to chocolate, crashed into the Gobi Desert of Mars. His chocolate limbs shattered completely. Only his head and chocolate-covered torso remained. His muscular face was motionless, utterly drained of energy, unable to evolve further.
Bardi's massive figure descended from Mars' sky. The ground rumbled violently beneath him. He landed with a force that formed a crater stretching thousands of miles.
The blue sunset reflected off his darkened form. His upper body was immense and imposing, a giant towering above. His muscles were like the twisted roots of an ancient tree, forged from metal and steeped in power.
Bardi loomed over Doomsday. His leg, thick like a pillar, stomped on Doomsday's chocolate torso, crushing it beneath his foot. He grinned coldly and reached down, seizing Doomsday's head in his massive hand.
The two White Martian hunters nearby were frozen in terror. When Bardi landed, it felt as if Mars was shaking with a magnitude 10 earthquake. Just looking at him filled them with dread.
"Hmm?"
Bardi raised an eyebrow as he held Doomsday's head. His dark pupils scanned the environment. He noticed the two White Martians and saw the shock and fear in their pale eyes.
Only then did he realize that the battle had brought him to Mars after being struck by Doomsday.
Under Bardi's gaze, the White Martians felt an overwhelming sense of dread. This was someone capable of destroying stars.
"Mighty being… may we ask… is there something you need?"
The tall White Martian leader cautiously spoke, staring at Bardi with awe and fear, hoping he would leave quickly and not linger. Even one more glance from him was too much.
Bardi's towering form, radiating dark magical energy, with muscles like sculpted metal, was beyond overwhelming.
Because of his massive height, the two White Martians had to tilt their heads up to meet his gaze, attempting to show respect and deference.
From above, Bardi looked down like a god of destruction, cold and indifferent, as if the fate of Mars rested in his hands.
"In three days, bring all of Mars under my command."
With that, he ignored the expressions of the two White Martians, reverted to his Kryptonian form, and flew away from Mars, heading back toward Earth.
