Kira was numbstruck as Almira vomited out blood and slumped to the floor. For a moment she was in an heavy shock and couldn't think until she felt hasty movements at her side. Slyvester and Mack had reacted quite faster and made towards Almira.
"My Lady!" They screamed, appalled.
Forcing a hold of herself, Kira instantly knelt handy to her, turning her to lay on her stomach, so the blood from her mouth can freely get off.
"My lady! What's going on?" Turning to Kira, they asked. "What's happening to her?"
Kira could hear loud noises and rapid movements. The maids around were either running off to get help or to flee the scene or just standing still, baffled.
She could now only see Mack, Slyvester had possibly gone off to get some help.
"I... I don't know." Kira stuttered.
She was nervous and in much fright. She knew this wasn't an illness or some sort.
She was responsible for Almira's every meals, this couldn't be food poisoning either but...
