The nauseous feeling had gone down, but it was still there, and it's killing her because she could feel her throat constricting and relaxing just so she could throw up— which she wouldn't do, by the way.
It's just that, the sensation felt horrible.

"He's right." Heiren agreed, the sleeve of his shirt still getting dabbed across Coco's face, wiping off the cold sweat that formed all over her face, "You will be fine. This will pass so take a deep breath, slowly."
Coco did as she was told, inhaling as slowly, but as deeply as she could and exhaled, letting her shoulders relax under Zaque's hand.
They had passed through the second transportation port and just like the first one, the second one made her nauseous as well, however, on the second round, she managed to brace herself so she wasn't feeling as bad as earlier.
