Arrie wiped her mouth with a tissue, then voiced.
" Right. There are rumors about some reclusive sects in the federation. It is rumored that these reclusive sects are actually established by powerhouses who decide to not get involved in the matters of the Federation. In other words, they are simply not interested in the political matters and various issues of the federation and therefore decide to seclude themselves and establish sects to pass on their knowledge.
It is also rumored that at times, these reclusive sects can dispatch their disciples to explore the federation, mostly to enrich their experience. Geniuses who usually appear from nowhere and demonstrate extraordinary prowess are attributed usually to these rumored reclusive sects, as it's the only logical way to explain the rise of geniuses not attributed to any of the noble families, prestigious universities or the military.
