Chapter 146 - Good gift

The moonlight was shining as Salin walked toward the front of Vivian's house, Jun-ho's aunt and a trusted advisor.

Jun-ho quickly grabbed his hand, and together they walked into the party.

Not long ago, Jun-ho had been at this same place for his aunt's wedding celebration. Back then, he and Salin were distant. But now it was different. Now, he could show the world who owned his heart.

The first thing Salin did was grab a glass of wine. Jun-ho laughed.

— Why are you doing that so early?

— Everyone's staring.

Jun-ho looked around.

There was no avoiding it.

He was the leader of Goden.

— Thought you'd bring the woman and the kid. I want to meet them.

— You know I shouldn't.

— Don't trust your own family? — Vivian asked, clearly not satisfied. Then she laughed. — Go find Norman already. My son still wants payback.

Jun-ho gave a sheepish smile.

Salin looked at him, confused.

— Payback for what?
