Chapter 121 - The Sky Terminal

"I don't know. Who is the person?" Skylar sighed. He turned his face to look at Starboy.

Starboy grinned. "Its matron Ila..."

"Eh!" Skylar exclaimed. As instinctive as he shouted, he picked up the tablet and focus intently on the gloved upper arms of the beauty that is placed closed by her sides.

"Where is her side boobs?" Skylar shouted, questioning. His eyes move left and right from the space beside the beauty's armpits at both side that has been taken over by her upper arms that are blocking the view of what's in front of them both.

"Big bro, its crazy right?" Starboy questioned, amused and grinning.

"It doesn't make sense, no evidence of her colossal boobs whatsoever." Skylar shook is head in disbelief. "How is that even possible? Giving that ridiculous size and structure. Were they edited out?"

"Block 888, Sector 1, Lower region Sky terminal."

A mechanical voice from the front seat of the sky vehicle snatched their attention, leaving Skylar confused. On the left front seat in front of him as he can see, is a person in a headgear like a full-face helmet and a suit like that of a motorbike suit—definitely, the quiet pilot who has been responsible for navigating the sky vehicle.

"Big bro, we have reached the terminal, we will be getting off here." Starboy informed Skylar, dispelling his confusion.

"Oh! I see." Skylar responded, then he passed Starboy his tablet, which Starboy collected and placed in his brown messenger bag.

In front of Skylar, as he can see, just after the sky vehicle pierced through a cotton cloud is a colossal floating structure with a stadium shape base made solely of chameleon glass. On top of this floating structure base are two semicircular floating tops also made entirely of chameleon glass and are separated by a wide space between them—that is the middle part of the sky terminal—as their outer circular edge correspond to the outer circular edge of the stadium shape base.

Soon, as the sky vehicle got closer to this colossal structure, using his superior sight after zooming in a little and focusing, Skylar could passively judge that the terminal is 300 kilometer long across its center—from the apex of its curved edge to the other at the other side—and is 200 kilometer wide from one of its parallel length to the other.

This place is kind of like a sky airport. Maybe, that's why its called a sky terminal. Its really big and sophisticated. Skylar thought.

"Big bro, what's the address you texted on the app?" Starboy questioned and Skylar turned his face to him.

"You mean the me-fayor app?" Skylar replied.

"Yes." Starboy nodded his head.

"Is it not Kitty land?" Skylar replied. "I tapped on it when I was texting it... it brought it as suggestion. Or is there another kitty land?"

"No big bro... there is only one, and its the one. I was just asking to confirm our flight schedule."

As Starboy replied; the sky vehicle passed through a barrier at its middle part which is not covered unlike the left and right part that is covered with the floating semicircular top. Then it starts descending towards the sky terminal glass floor, where a raised platform is.

"What's with the flight schedule?" Skylar asked while he take in the view of the left side of the sky terminal on his leftside. His seat is the leftmost seat of the sky vehicle, and the sky vehicle is facing northward with one of the covered part of the terminal on the west side and the other on its east side.

"Big bro, you know the sky terminal is only for inter-block travel, right?" Starboy answerd. His partial focus is on the display of his glyph mobile in his hand he is tapping.

"Oh! Is there another type of terminal?" Skylar questioned.

"Yes, big bro." Starboy replied. "There is another one we call a ground terminal. Those ones are on the ground and are only for intra-block travel. There is one below us right now—they are always present below a sky terminal."

"I see." Skylar nodded his head. Meanwhile, the sky vehicle made close contact on a raised platform where some other sky vehicle like it are parked close-contact—almost touching the ground—in few columns, and with enough space between them and also each column of sky vehicles.

A moment later, both came down from the me-fayor after it parked close-contact above an outlined square on the parking platform. Then both standing side by side with thier back to the side of the sky vehicle, Skylar did a rapid pedal pressing motion with his legs, one after the other, stretching them.

"Big bro, we will have to wait twenty minute for our flight. The next one going to block 900 won't be ready till then." Starboy Informed Skylar.

"Okay. I also want to see if I can get a better mask over there. Do you think they sell masks?"

Far in the distance, in front of the two and located lining up next to one another, just below and along the straight length of the floating semicircular top of the terminal west side, just like on the east side; are twenty giant buildings like a rectangular glass box, with front edges made of carved glossy wood and front walls made only of chameleon glass that has been adjusted to be more than ninety nine percent transparent, with the floor of the terminal being their base since they are erected on it.

"They should, and big bro, we should go there... that is the departure zone, the one behind us is the arrival zone." Starboy responded while he also look at the line of giant buildings, each five kilometers long at the front parallel to them and about five kilometers far from one another, thereby leaving a gap of five kilometers between them that leads to the departure zone behind them, just like its the same the for the arrival zone behind them.

"Okay, let's go." Skylar agreed. Then like they planned it, the two in a gust of wind took off like arrows released from a bow *Swish*; going from the slightly raised platform and through the great length of the open space in front of it—crossing landing platforms and weaving at superspeed between people and sky vehicles on their way, which happened only a few times, since the place is sparsedly populated with people, due to the ridiculous capacity of the structure compared to the population of the people on it.

A few moment later, the two reached close to their destination which is one of the twenty super large chameleon glass building and stopped.

To their side as they stop is a group of four little children sitting on a wooden box, and right in front of them—what they set their sight on—is one of the numerous sliding door entrance in front of the building, through which they can clearly see what is behind it.

This cover is crazy tall. Skylar thought after raising his head to look at the edge of the top of the departure zone of the terminal—one of the two tops of the terminal and the one at the west side—which he concluded to be 200 kilometers away from the base he is standing on, compared to the building in front of them which is only a little more than ten kilometer in height.

"Uncle, please give us money." From Skylar side; one of this little kid sitting on the box—a freckled light skin boy, dressed in an oversized green polo shirt, a black cargo short and a pair of white sneakers like the other three kids—pulled at Skylar's cloak, making Skylar turned to look at him and meet his brown eyes on his raised face.

"Really?!" Skylar exclaimed, widening his eyes. "Who the hell are bringing kids into the simulation and where the fuck are your parents?"

"Big bro, we call them rat beggars." Starboy informed as he also turn to the kids. And simultaneously the kid with his hand on Skylar's cloak as quickly as possible pulled his hand away from Skylar panickedly—He appeared frightening by either Starboy's gaze or words, or both.

Chuckling after gaining Skylar's attention, Starboy continued, "Big bro, the thing is, its their parents that left them here..."

"You mean, they abandon them." Skylar frowned a bit.

"No, far from it." Starboy shook his head at Skylar's conclusion; he disagreed. "They are left here to beg for gold and bring it back to them."

"Oh! I see... like those beggar child in the real world." Skylar's eyes widened in realization.

"Exactly, but we players call them rat beggars because its users that do this kind of things." Starboy agreed.

"Another prejudice and a valid one." Skylar chuckled mirthlessly.

Then he once again look over the kids. He looked from the first one with a lowered head to the others.

Their clothes are kind of okay and they look healthy.

Finally his eyes settled on the youngest one among them, another boy with blue eyes and hair as dark as a raven's, who also seem to met his eyes equally.

This one is a warrior. What a waste of time and potential.

Skylar almost snickered. He took his eyes off the boy with a fearless and clear gaze, thinking he shouldn't be made begging but should be taught the ways of a warrior.

"They don't look like beggars to me, they look like kids from a rich family. Can't their parent do better? At least they should look the part, if they really want to make money." Skylar remarked. He was left amused after he concluded the quality of their clothing, also concluding their look should be mid tier, compared to their lowly action of begging.

"Big bro you don't understand, don't let..."

"Lord players, are they harassing you?" A sweet feminine voice obviously belonging to an adult woman interrupted Starboy.

Both Skylar and Starboy simultaneously turned to look at the source of the voice which revealed itself to be a voluptuous and exceptionally stunning madame in a white sequined mesh midi gown, under which they can clearly see she wore only a red deep v-neck bra top that could barely contain her round and ridiculously huge bust, and a red hipster panties that rest on her small waist and fits snugly to the top of her emphatically large and curvy hips.

A couple more steps of her red heels on the glass floor of the structure, the light skinned voluptuous madame with her long and straight red hair tied in high twintails, and golden jewelries on her ears, neck, wrists, and navel; reached close to them, while Skylar and Starboy, both continue to gawk at her without a hint of shyness or embarrassment written on them.

"Big bro, face.... world-class, body... generational, appearance overall... world-class to generational..." Starboy remarked while he still openly stare at the beautiful madame that has a professional smile on her face as she looks back at them.

"You are right. Although, her current mien is fake, and she might be hiding her presence... I am certain the two matches the level of her physical appearance, bringing her total sum to generational in the end." Skylar said. He has also been staring at the madame blatantly, with his eyes going especially from her massive bust that seems like they would spill to her massive curvy hips that contrast greatly her small waist and shapely meaty thighs.

"How do they give this kid money?" Skylar said as he turned to face the kids, ignoring the beautiful madame who expects a reply to her earlier inquiry, thereby making her express a stun look she quickly replaced with a professional smile.

"Big bro, there is a tower issued physical currency that circulates among users, its what they expect us to give to them." Starboy replied after he also turn away from the voluptuous beautiful madame towards the kids.

"Do you have any?" Skylar asked while he continue to look at the quiet kids that are looking expectantly back at him.

"Not at all big bro. I don't use them." Starboy replied, shaking his head.

"Lord players, I have some here." The generational level beautiful madame chimed in. On her outstretched palm is a money note and two silver coins sitting on it.

Skylar turned to look at the madame.

"Are you giving us?" He asked her.

"Here, have it lord player. Its one gold note and two ten silver coins." The madame flashed a professional smile and in an enthusiastic manner move her hand that contain the golden note and the two bronze coins towards Skylar.

"Thank you." Skylar took the note and coins from her slender palm.

He examined them closely and turned to Starboy beside him.

"Do we players spend silver?"

"Yes of course, big bro. A hundred silver is one gold, and it is equivalent to one dollar real world money if someone take it to the tower for changing." Starboy replied.

"So, one gold is hundred dollar?" Skylar said as he further examine one of the silver coin with a picture of a structure—that look like a a dome bird cage—that has a rod at its center go from its base to a point that correlates to a point just below where the curve of the dome starts, at the tail of the coin.

"Yes lord player, and there is a coin and note for both gold and silver currency." The voluptuous madame replied before Starboy, who because of this, gave her the side eye. And she flashed Skylar a professional smile as he turn to look at her briefly.

After a moment of silence, Skylar returned his focus to the kid that has been looking at him expectantly.

"Where are you parents?" He asked them.

"Mummy is at kitty land, daddy is in null land." A young bright looking girl among the four kids answered right away. Her voice was sweet and clear. She wore a black camisole top and a short denim skirt and she seems to be the second eldest.

Meanwhile, when his elder brother who took the lead heard her, he turned to him and flashed her a glare she responded with a toothy grin.

Confused by the young girl's reply, Skylar turned to Starboy.

"Abbas, what's null land?"

"Lord player, any land outside a block is a null land." The voluptuous madame replied yet again before Starboy who no longer mind her and is instead engaged with his glyph mobile, could. Then she flashed Skylar a professional smile as he turned to look at her.

"You mean those barren land where they farm between blocks and the land between rings of blocks?" Skylar further asked her.

"Yes lord player. But what is land between rings of block?" The voluptuous madame replied, and she adjust her standing posture, putting one leg in front of the other and teasing her massive round rear in the process.

Her attached question seemed to stun Skylar a bit, but ignoring it, he turned to face the kids.

"If I give you guys this money, tell me what you will do with it?" He held out the gold note and the bronze coin towards them.

The bright looking young girl responded first as she quickly raised her hand.

"We buy safe burger and buy spirit cola." She said cheerfully.

Again, the eldest flashed her a glare which she responded with another toothy grin.

Meanwhile, Skylar turned to look at the madame that has been looking at him like he is seeking clarification.

"Safe burger and spirit cola is a popular fast food among users. Its a healthy meal to some extent." She enlightened and flashed a professional smile. Then after Skylar also seemed to smile back at her from behind his mask, he turned to the kids and hand their eldest all the money.

"Take it. Buy all safe burgers and spirit cola it can buy."

"Uncle, thank you." The eldest gently collected the money from Skylar.

"Uncle you are the best." The bright looking young girl smiled brightly at Skylar whilst the eldest keep the money away inside the box they are sitting on.

"I know. Nobody come close." Skylar seemed to smile back at her as he brushed his hair done in a french braid from his hairline to where the braids starts, ruffling his framing pieces and fringes in the process.

"Bye bye." He added abruptly and turned away in the same manner, taking steps that put distance between him and the kids, and simultaneously towards the sliding doors entrance with Starboy following beside him and the voluptuous madame trailing behind them.
