The rest of the ride toward the hospital was funny and full of laughter, a complete change to how it started. Well, Hector's surprise about Ferucci helped it much, but what helped more was that Charlotte was literally arguing with James about words she didn't even know the meaning of.
Words like "liability," which she couldn't even say out correctly. Then somehow came the word "corruption," which she could say out loud and use, but not too correctly, and which became the starting point of an argument. From that, somehow, they jumped back to Ferucci, where Charlotte started arguing that Ferucci deserves love… well, how the fuck they got to that point, or what even Charlotte was thinking, neither of them knew.
