The Port Patrol Third Team was relocated from Bailong Port to Sanhe Town and was upgraded to Linghai Port Supervision Department, and the Port Patrol Second Team also moved from Yingchuan Port to a three-story building on the east side of the Bin Qi River Lock, being upgraded to Changzhou Port Supervision Office.
Changzhou City only has a 25.9 km long Yangtze River coastline, which is not as long as in Linghai, so in addition to the office and ship crew management department, the Changzhou Port Supervision Office only established one Port Patrol Team, responsible for the water traffic safety in the Yangtze River section of Changzhou.
