A Police Chief's ability is not only reflected in the public security of their jurisdiction but also in the construction and team-building within their unit.
The Changhang Bureau is currently immersed in construction fervor; work on the office building and three residential buildings has already commenced, with completion expected by the end of next year at the latest.
By then, the police officers will be able to move into the spacious and bright new building, while the current two-story Soviet-style building can serve as the office space for the Binjiang Port Police Station. The officers and their families will no longer have to reside in the damp and cramped quarters provided by the Port Authority, as they can move into the new building, partially subsidized by the bureau and supplemented by the officers' contributions.
After all, as long as the working and living environment is good, the team will have cohesion and combat effectiveness!
