Chapter 86 - One Day.

Outside the tower, Galand's eyes locked on the orbs of energy swirling in the distance.

His focus lingered on the princess.

'Nothing must happen to her. She'll be sent to the ancestral lands once she returns. I knew it would've been better if she never came here… but master insisted.'

His fist tightened around the hilt of his blade.

Three of the orbs veered in the princess's direction, and the sight sent a chill crawling up his spine.

Galand turned to Vasha, his expression grim.

"Tear open the space… we need to protect the princess."

The other captains scoffed at the order.

"I never knew the Ravenspare family was so shameless," one of them muttered.

The words were soft, but in the heavy silence, they carried like a blade through the air.

Galand didn't even glance his way.

The blind witch, however, moved immediately. She stepped to the front of the tower, where the realm gate had once opened.
