"So, you brought them together?"

Dumbledore sat in his office, a strange expression on his face after hearing what Noah had to say.

Before this, Kamar-Taj had already greeted him at the temple in London, and Dumbledore had not refused.

It could be said that he had mentally prepared himself, and he was curious about these mutants.

However, it seemed that convincing them wasn't a simple task.

Although only four mutants followed Noah, according to him, two of these four were leaders of mutants, but they belonged to different camps.

"Yes, I took them to the U.S. Ministry of Magic first to broaden their horizons, and then brought them here."

Noah nodded, glancing at Charles and Eric, who were still silent, and Logan and Jean, who had already been dumbfounded. He spread his hands helplessly.

In fact, it seemed easier to convince them than Noah had originally thought.

After Noah said, "Think about those young ones who are not yet adults, and consider how ordinary people view you," Charles and Eric's faces changed.

To be honest, whether these two were fighting against humans or trying to integrate into the human world, their goal was relatively pure:

That is, for the future of mutants!

They wanted to provide children with a suitable learning environment—one without prejudice, a place where they could become normal people.

This was the future they sought, and in that moment, both were moved.

If the magician in front of them was telling the truth, then the magical world hidden behind this one was already quite orderly and vast. They could certainly join!

However, there was one problem: they were mutants.

The Ministry of Magic around the world was still debating whether it was acceptable for them to enter the magical world. Could they be treated fairly there?

"Please, to ordinary people, you are monsters. But aren't we magicians? And there are far more monsters in the magical world than you think, so don't always believe you are so unique, alright?"

Noah's explanation, accompanied by a pair of dead fish eyes, led Charles and Eric to reluctantly accept the situation.

Yes, in fact, mutants saw magicians as monsters as well!

They had never encountered anyone so young, yet capable of mastering various terrifying abilities.

In the end, both of them reached a consensus: they would go and see for themselves.

In truth, both knew that if they refused, these so-called "Earth Guardians" would probably throw them into this space forever.

Charles could tell that this young man named Noah definitely had the power to do so.

After exiting the mirror space, Noah's first stop was to take them to the Magical Congress of the United States to report. After all, Noah had to thank them for lending their people, right?

Although Kohaug was curious about why these mutants had agreed, he didn't care. After chatting briefly with Noah, he let them go.

The destination Noah and his friends were headed to was naturally the British Ministry of Magic. To show them the vastness of the magical world, Noah took them on a tour of Diagon Alley.

Eventually, he arrived at Dumbledore's office to report the situation.

To be honest, whether it was Charles, Eric, or Jean and Logan, all of them were stunned by the enormity of the magical world.

Let's not even talk about the Magical Congress of the United States, which appeared to have only 50 floors but, in reality, contained hundreds.

Just walking through Diagon Alley, seeing the chatting wizards, children running around the streets, and all kinds of magical creatures, was enough to overwhelm them.

And the best part? Everyone was friendly, treating them with no prejudice whatsoever.

Even when a merchant approached and began hawking his wares, Noah explained that they weren't magicians, yet the merchant didn't seem to mind at all. At most, he just complained about not being able to sell his goods.

While it seemed like he was ignoring them, it was, in fact, a form of true acceptance—they were treated as ordinary people.

"Alright, gentlemen, do you have any questions?"

Just as Charles and the others were deep in thought, Dumbledore's voice broke through the silence.

"Uh? Oh, sorry, Mr. Minister, please forgive my presumption. I was a little distracted just now."

Once Charles realized Dumbledore was speaking to him, he immediately looked apologetic.

"It's quite alright. Every year, when Muggle-born children first enter the magical world, they have the same reaction as yours—shock." Dumbledore smiled, showing no concern.

"Yes, we never imagined that the world would be like this."

"It's normal. We've always kept ourselves hidden. Of course, there were a few bored individuals who went out, got caught by Muggles, secretly used magic on themselves, and then watched as those Muggles burned to death with twisted expressions, recording it all."

As if remembering something unpleasant, Dumbledore shook his head, causing Charles and the others to shudder. How could anyone be so bored?

"However, that was hundreds of years ago," Dumbledore continued. "So, don't worry about it."

"I understand—the past incidents with wizards and witches," Charles nodded. "Actually, Minister, I have a question. Before we came here, Mr. Finniel informed us that the magical ministries of various countries were debating our issue. If we decide to stay..."

"Then stay. It's no big deal."

Dumbledore waved off the concern and gestured for a cup of coffee, which flew toward him and added a generous amount of sugar.

After the cup stopped in front of Dumbledore, a spoon also flew in and stirred it automatically.

Dumbledore leaned on his hand and spoke slowly: "The debate about your problem arose from the fact that you were once very hostile and a bit dangerous."

"Then why did you agree?"

Eric, not one to back down, asked with a bit more directness than Charles, especially since the danger had clearly been caused by him.

"Because Noah's teacher sent me a message, saying that he hoped to give you a chance to try," Dumbledore said, half-truthfully. "Let you see if you could live in the magical world, and see if you pose a real danger."

"I'm afraid the danger we created is nothing compared to yours," Charles frowned, unable to understand why the Minister seemed so unconcerned.

"Because we have many children here, and we must protect our future, don't we?"

Dumbledore's subtle reply indicated that he understood what Charles and the others were thinking.

Noah and his companions rolled their eyes at the comment. This old man was being ridiculous.

But Noah didn't contradict him. Caution was important.

These two old men were incredibly powerful. If Noah hadn't taken shortcuts, it was hard to say who would come out on top.

"We understand. Thank you for clearing up our confusion, Mr. Minister."

After hearing Dumbledore's explanation, Charles, Eric, and the others understood: it wasn't about dealing with them but about making sure they didn't harm the younger wizards.

To be honest, Eric wasn't pleased. He felt the mess was largely his fault.

But what else could he have done? Had they not been suppressed by ordinary humans like their friends?

For the future of mutants, he really couldn't do anything else.

And, honestly, he didn't trust these wizards. Even Charles felt the same way.

But what if they didn't trust them? They were completely powerless in the face of these magicians, who had countless abilities.

It could be said that no matter how powerful they were, they stood no chance against these magicians, especially when facing Noah.

They still hadn't forgotten the distorted space. If magicians were this terrifying, they really had no way out.

"Minister, I'd like to ask, if we stay, what kind of treatment will we receive?"

Charles looked at Eric, who remained silent, and, after a pause, asked.

"Stay? Have you decided?" Dumbledore raised an eyebrow. "I thought you were wondering what our true intentions were in seeking you out."

"This..." Charles and Eric broke into a sweat. They had indeed entertained such thoughts.

"You can stay. Before the magical ministries of various countries reach an agreement, you can stay and bring your people. However, after that, you'll have to join the magic ministry of your own country."

"I understand."

"Well, as for the treatment, I'm afraid you won't receive the same benefits as magicians. But you can send your children to Hogwarts to study, learn magic, and master their own abilities. Although we've never had experience with this, it's still possible to teach children the right values."

"Of course."

Letting the children study at Hogwarts?

Though they didn't fully understand what Hogwarts was, Charles and the others guessed it was a magical school.

They didn't expect the children to become magicians, but giving them the proper value system was crucial.

"Finally, regarding you," Dumbledore said, taking a sip of coffee. "I'll be honest: we will monitor you when you first join. It's necessary. But you don't need to worry too much. Just live a normal life."

With another sip of coffee, Dumbledore added, "We can't give you much, but we're offering you a new opportunity. An opportunity to show your abilities and live a normal life. What do you think?"
