As soon as Aaron cleared the tenth wave, he collapsed on the ground. He was tired after dealing with them and needed to rest for a few minutes.
The monsters of the tenth wave are all between 100 and 109, which with his level and undead army wouldn't be a trouble for him if he fought them individually, but the waves are not like that.
He had to fight a lot of them, and his army was not enough to stop all of them. He had to fight with everything in order to win without getting injured. A lot of skeletons and ghosts were killed in the last wave. He had to summon them again and also use his attack skills to keep the monsters away from reaching him.
It was truly exhausting for him to do all those. Also, he has been fighting with minimal rest since he entered the palace. All this led to him collapsing on the ground to breathe a little and eat something to refill his lost energy.
As usual, the mechanical voice came after he completed the tenth wave.
