Brahma Void Heavenly Court, two divine rainbows shot out of the void.
Lord Lao Zi of the Great Monad, who was studying the Bodhi Tree, noticed these two divine rainbows and flew over.
"Heavenly Emperor."
He saluted Sun Wukong, about to inquire about his journey, but Sun Wukong raised his hand to interrupt him.
"I need to enter retreat."
Having said this, he flew towards the Bodhi Tree.
Lord Lao Zi, puzzled, looked towards Emperor Donghua, who shook his head to indicate he was unaware of what Sun Wukong intended to do in retreat.
But he too had to enter retreat, to study the stone that he had brought back from Hongmeng Land.
Emperor Donghua glanced around and then found a Star Palace to descend into.
Sun Wukong arrived beneath the Bodhi Tree, his sharpness concealed, like a Divine Sword sheathed, and began to meditate cross-legged.
