"Then look at the cultivation, cultivation is about observing one's nature, not rejoicing in external gains nor grieving for personal losses. When Mount Tai collapses before one's eyes, they are not able to keep their composure, in this regard they are not as good as you.
Mahasthamaprapta would only yell and shout, Pharmacist only knows how to sympathize with the heaven and pity others, Lu Ya is full of grudges, and Ksitigarbha is even worse, in the Underworld he resents heaven and blames others.
Among these Buddhist disciples, only you, Maitreya, have the capacity to tolerate the intolerable in the world; when you open your mouth, you laugh at the laughable people of the world, your nature is transcendent and saintly."
