Chapter 464 - Chapter 464: Party

To celebrate the coming together of the three of them, Karin suggested they go out for some shopping and fun.

Sakura blushed slightly at the idea. "Isn't that… a little risky? What if someone we know sees the three of us walking together in the village?"

Karin groaned and draped an arm around Sakura's shoulders. "Sakura, you have to understand—our relationship is going to be known sooner or later. Whether it happens today or tomorrow, what's the difference? Right?"

Sakura thought for a moment and realized Karin had a point.

Sasuke, arms crossed, frowned. "I don't agree."

Karin tilted her head, pouting. "Why, Sasuke-kun?"

Sasuke's expression remained calm but firm. "This is still Konoha. Although circumstances are… different now, some considerations cannot be ignored. The Uchiha clan has been restored, yes, but Sakura's parents… they do not know about this relationship yet. Even if you go out, it's better not to be seen in the village."

Sakura's eyes softened as she watched Sasuke. His thoughtfulness touched her deeply.

Karin pursed her lips, considering. "Alright…"

Sakura's face lit up with an idea. "How about a picnic? Outside the village… somewhere we went as kids, Sasuke?"

Sasuke's gaze softened. Ah… she means that place Kakashi-sensei used to bring us when he trained us together. He nodded. "Fine. I agree."

Sakura clapped her hands excitedly. "Great! Let's prepare together. I'll go home first and gather some things."

Karin looked confused. "Wait… what do you mean?"

Sakura smiled mischievously. "Don't worry, Karin. Once I'm back, we'll go shopping together. After that, I'll take you to the spot, and you'll see everything!"

With that, Sakura hurried home.

Upon reaching home, she ran to her locker, searching for something important. Her mother appeared and asked gently, "Sakura, what are you looking for?"

Waving her hand, Sakura replied, "Mom, don't ask. I'm just looking for something!"

Her father soon appeared as well. "Sakura, where were you last night? Why didn't you come home?"

Sakura ignored the questions, continuing her search. Suddenly, a triumphant smile spread across her face. "Found it!"

It was the picnic box.

Sakura cleaned and packed it carefully, though her father's voice echoed from behind. "Sakura! I asked you something!"

Her mother chuckled, lightly scolding him, "Forget it. Don't push her; she's too excited to hear you right now."

Once the picnic box was ready, Sakura hurried to find Karin. Sasuke, exhausted from the previous night's events, rested in his room to recover his energy.

Sakura and Karin arrived at the supermarket to buy supplies. While shopping, Sakura explained why each item was necessary.

Karin, unfamiliar with a picnic, was surprised. Her life had been full of missions, survival, and hunting; shopping for picnic ingredients was completely foreign to her. Unlike Sakura, Karin had rarely experienced a stable life.

After finishing their shopping, which included a tent, food, and swimsuits, they returned home. By noon, Sasuke had rested, and the three were ready to head out into the wilderness.

Upon arrival, Sakura and Karin prepared the ingredients while Sasuke took charge of setting up the camp and assembling the tent. After a short while, everything was ready. A stove was built, charcoal lit, and the grill set for outdoor cooking.

The sun blazed down, but fortunately, Sasuke knew some ice-style Ninjutsu. He created a small freezing area to chill the wine and drinks perfectly.

Karin clapped her hands in excitement. "Sasuke, you cook while Sakura and I go play in the water!"

Sasuke smiled knowingly as he guided Sakura into her swimsuit before the two splashed into the river. On the shore, he couldn't help but chuckle at their playful banter.

Naruto… who's fighting now? he thought.

Ten minutes later, Sasuke had finished grilling and called Sakura and Karin over. After wiping sweat from his brow, he jumped into the river to rinse off, then returned to the shore to eat with the two women.

The picnic was lively—three rounds of wine and five different dishes. Karin and Sakura exchanged teasing glances as they pulled Sasuke into the tent. He had consumed quite a bit and felt a little dizzy, so he allowed them to guide him inside.

Ten minutes later, Karin herself entered the tent, a knowing smile on her face.

Sakura glared playfully at her. "You're not supposed to join yet!"

Karin laughed softly, ignoring the protest. "I couldn't resist. It's too fun seeing you two together."

Sasuke leaned back, a small smile tugging at his lips. For once, the Uchiha heir allowed himself to simply enjoy this rare moment of peace and intimacy with the women he cared for most.
