Looking at the time in her phone, Evelynn nervously walked around in her living room.
After the message from Matthew the day prior, she had quickly gone home before taking a long shower. Though it had felt heavenly, it hadn't helped with her nerves. She had barely gotten any sleep.
Dandelion was watching her as she paced, sharing it's confusion with her.
"Well, I have never had a friend to meet up for coffee with before," she started anxiously.
"Though I could probably consider Lydia a friend now, since we decided to try and be teammates, it's different from meeting up outside of the tower." She groaned.
Dandelion sent her some warm feelings, but it was obvious it didn't understand why she was fretting.
"Well, me and Lydia are close in age, so it felt easy to talk to her. Not that it's hard to talk to Matthew," she quickly waved her hands, "but he is always helping me… I don't want to be someone that always needs help or rescuing." She sighed.
