Yi Luowa sighed, "I'm afraid both of mine will be boys."
"You haven't even given birth yet, you won't know until it happens." Ni Lu chuckled. "Look at me, I've gone and put more pressure on you with my big mouth again."
Yi Luowa laughed. "I'm pretty good at handling pressure now. Otherwise, seeing the expectation in my dad's eyes every day would've driven me mad already."
"Your dad is really something else. What father-in-law meddles in these things?" Ni Lu shook her head. "I honestly don't know how your mother-in-law managed all these years."
Yi Luowa looked at Ni Lu and laughed. "Be careful not to let my dad hear that! He might just have something to say about it!"
Ni Lu smirked as she laughed. "And what would he say about me?"
"Ahem ahem..." Yi Luowa cleared her throat and mimicked Long Che's tone. "Tong Yao, tell me, how has Jack tolerated Ni Lu for all these years?"
"Ahem ahem..." A soft chuckle-tinged cough came from the hallway.
