Without Lynch's assistance, the plan to head north in search of the "Savior" was almost shelved. Zilvra and Soka had no idea what the person they were looking for actually looked like, the only information being his identity as a Half-Elf. However, a promise is still a promise, and before Lynch was swept into the Bator Hell, he entrusted this task to Norton. The little demon statue secretly left the All-Knowing Tower while Zilvra and Soka weren't paying attention and proceeded north alone.
Macken the Knight found the legendary Half-Elf earlier than anyone else and kept him by his side, becoming the man's mentor. He taught the "Savior" combat, command, and Divine Arts, then helped him to establish a formidable army in the north.
Seeing this situation, the demon statue left the northern wasteland at ease and flew back to the All-Knowing Tower on its own.
