Freya Yeager's words were filled with a strong sense of dissatisfaction, and Lily Turner could feel it deeply over the phone. However, she was getting more and more confused, completely unable to figure out what was going on.
Since when was she dissatisfied with her as her agent? And when did she ever act on her own?
Where did this idea come from that she thought she was important just because she was famous?
Lily Turner was left utterly baffled by Freya Yeager's scolding. She felt very uncomfortable, but she didn't angrily retort.
"Freya! I have no idea what you're talking about. I'll call Robert and figure this out, then get back to you." Lily tried to remain calm, as maintaining a good relationship was important for their future work together. There was no benefit in creating tension.
After finishing the call, she hung up and immediately dialed Robert Xander's number without hesitating.
"Lily! What's up?"
