To successfully persuade Callix Linton to go back to his room and sleep, Michael Linton directly brought up Easton Holmes. As expected, the old Mr. Linton, who cared deeply for his grandson, didn't act stubborn like he did earlier and cooperatively stood up and returned to his room.
"We'll talk tomorrow, let's rest now."
As he was leaving, the old Mr. Linton didn't forget to say this.
Even though Michael Linton noticed that Easton Holmes was hiding something, after Callix Linton left, he didn't press Easton with questions.
"Let's get some rest too."
The time was really too late, and there was no need to rush to figure things out right now.
Michael Linton was the first to stand up, and as he did, he intentionally patted Easton Holmes on the shoulder, "If there's anything, let's talk tomorrow, go to sleep first."
With that, he didn't wait for the others to stand up. He left the living room and returned to his room first.
