Seren eventually left.
His very presence here was merely on behalf of the higher-ups, to investigate the domain energy generated within Lynch's witch domain. As for anything more, he neither could, nor had the authority, to intervene.
In the end, he was just a messenger.
However, before leaving, Seren emphasized a few points to Lynch:
"Lynch, we've known each other for a while now, though it's mostly business interactions, I, Seren, consider myself to somewhat understand you. Your actions... unconventional, perhaps even audacious. But this time is different."
Seren paused, his tiny eyes in the projection staring intensely at Lynch, "A domain-level entity, regardless of who it is, if its power erupts at the core of your witch domain and is captured by the monitoring tower, this isn't something that can be easily brushed aside."
