Chapter 774 - 77. I'm Not a Thing

"Yui-chan, what are you guys playing?"

"Lala-chan, it doesn't look like they're playing…"

"Ko-Kotegawa-san, are you okay?"

Just as the three boys were about to carry out their vicious revenge, several voices called out. It was Sora, Lala, and the other girls, on their way home after playing tennis.

Each of them was happily licking an ice cream pop. Lala tilted her head with a curious expression. Risa and Mio were covering their foreheads, speechless. Haruna had a worried look on her face, and Run was glaring at the three boys with disgust.

"Yo, Kotegawa-san. Getting bullied?"

Taking a bite of his little pet's ice cream, the great demon king asked with a lazy smile.

"Kusanagi Sora…"

To be seen in such a disgraceful state by them, Yui bit her lip and turned her head away, but she also let out a long sigh of relief.

Though being saved by him was humiliating, it was still better than being violated by these three bastards…

"Lala-san, Sairenji-san, we… we…"

"Kusanagi Sora, we don't want to be your enemy, but please don't meddle in our affairs!"

"Kotegawa Yui has ruined our lives! What's wrong with getting a little revenge? Kusanagi Sora, Lala-san, just pretend you didn't see anything."

Seeing them, the three boys were a little flustered. They weren't too worried about Lala and the others, but Kusanagi Sora, that perverted demon, was someone they really didn't want to mess with.

Aside from Lala, who still had a cute and curious expression, the other girls were all looking at the three boys with contempt. As for Sora, he didn't even bother to look at them.

"Hey, Kotegawa-san, do you want us to save you? If you just ask, we can get you out of here right away," he said with a playful smile, looking at the pale-faced Yui.

"I don't need you to save me!"

Already feeling humiliated enough, and now being provoked by him, Yui's stubbornness flared up.

You detestable Kusanagi Sora! You're just trying to humiliate me, aren't you? Who needs you? I don't care if you save me or not!

"Mmm, you're right. A strong girl like you wouldn't need our help. Sorry, sorry, we were being presumptuous."

"You three, you can continue. We're going home now," Sora said with a nod, as if it were the most natural thing in the world. He turned to the three boys, then picked up his little pet and walked away.

"Heehee… Yui-chan, have fun!"

Lala waved goodbye to her and bounced after him.

With a complicated and hesitant expression, Run ultimately said nothing. She gave Yui an apologetic look and followed them.

"Sora-san, Lala-san, you… we…"

Haruna was stunned. They were just leaving? They weren't going to help Kotegawa-san?

"Haruna-chan, forget about her. She's strong, she doesn't need our help."

"Yeah, yeah, Haruna, let's not be nosy. Let's go home," Risa and Mio, as his two little spies, naturally acted according to his will. They exchanged a look and, one on each side, dragged Haruna away with them.

Staring at the departing Sora and the others, not only Yui but the three boys were also stunned…

"Damn it! I'm so jealous of that Kusanagi Sora! He's always surrounded by so many amazing girls like Lala-san and Sairenji-san."

"Yeah, yeah! He's not a good guy either, so why do all the girls like him?"

"Hmph, so they really just left. I guess he knows his place!"

Coming back to their senses, the three boys started talking, their voices filled with a sour jealousy.

As for Yui, she was still staring blankly in the direction they had left, unable to believe it.

They left. They really just left…

Her chest heaved, and her eyes filled with wronged and angry tears. She felt like she could slap that bastard to death.

Come back, you damn Kusanagi Sora! Come back!

She collapsed to the ground, defeated. In the end, she didn't shout. Her eyes were glazed over, and her heart grew cold…

"Kotegawa, now you see how much everyone hates you, don't you? You didn't think that Kusanagi Sora would save you after all the trouble you've caused him, did you?!"

"Yeah, yeah! What a pitiful woman, abandoned by everyone."

"Alright, let's stop wasting time. Let's get to it! Let's take good care of our dear Disciplinary Committee head! Hehehehe…"

Ignoring their disgusting and triumphant faces, Yui closed her eyes and stopped trying to resist. This was her choice, and this was the price she had to pay.

"Yui, maybe you really are a foolish woman. You've always been, ever since you were a child…"

She could already imagine what would happen next. The girl couldn't help but feel a sense of tragedy for herself.

Humiliated by these three boys, abandoned by everyone. Perhaps starting tomorrow, she wouldn't have the face to go to school anymore…

She waited for her doom, but after a long while, nothing happened. Every second was an agony. She started to get annoyed.

What are these three scumbags trying to do? Just get it over with!

Unable to bear it any longer, she opened her eyes.

However, to her astonishment, the three boys who had been so lively just a moment ago were now lying on the ground, unconscious. She had no idea when it had happened.

And in front of her, that Kusanagi Sora was looking at her with a smile…

Her once-glazed-over eyes instantly regained their light. Though she hated him more than anyone, seeing him now, she felt the urge to cry.

"What are you doing back here?!"

Fighting back the tears that were about to fall, she said to him coldly.

"I dropped something, so I came back to pick it up," he replied with a smile, crouching down to look at the stubborn girl.

"Something? What something?" she asked subconsciously, a frown on her face. She hadn't seen him drop anything.

"There, isn't that it? The thing I dropped. Her name is Yui," he said, lifting her chin with a wicked expression.

"A thing… I'm not a thing?!!!!"

It finally clicked. Yui was filled with a mix of shame and anger. How dare this bastard call her a thing?!

"Hey, hey, Kotegawa-san, I was just saying. You don't have to insult yourself like that," the great demon king said, trying to suppress a laugh as a beautiful girl shouted that she wasn't a thing in front of him. It was a very strange and amusing situation.

She froze, and then her face turned beet red. She was so angry she could have exploded.

"KUSANAGI SORA!!!!!"

A little while later, Sora walked out of the alley with Yui on his back. Lala, Haruna, and the other girls, who hadn't left, came up to them.

"Honestly, Sora-san, you always like to tease people like this. Are you okay, Kotegawa-san?"

Rolling her eyes, Haruna had really thought he was going to abandon her. She looked at Yui on his back with concern.

Yui buried her face in his back, as if she didn't dare to face anyone. If you looked closely, you would see that her ears were bright red and her body was trembling slightly.

"Hahaha… it was just a joke. Don't worry, Kotegawa-san just hurt herself when she fell. It's nothing serious," Sora replied with a laugh.

"Lala, Run, Sairenji-san, Risa-san, Mio-san, you all go home first. I'll take Kotegawa-san home by myself."

Since she had hurt her foot and couldn't walk home on her own, he had no choice but to take her. It was getting late, so he told the other girls to go home first.

"Okay, you come home early too, Sora."

"Sora-san, please take care of Kotegawa-san."

The girls nodded, having no objections. It was getting late. After a few more words of instruction, they said their goodbyes and left.

"Kotegawa-san, they're all gone now. How much longer are you going to bite?"

Watching them leave, the calm and smiling expression on his face vanished, replaced by a pained grimace.

Yui slowly lifted her head, a silvery thread of saliva connecting their mouths. Her small mouth finally released his shoulder, which now had a clear set of teeth marks. But her face was still flushed with a deep blush.

"And how much longer are you going to touch me?!"

Gritting her teeth, her voice, filled with endless shame and anger, echoed in the air…
