As Zane continued laying the foundation for the city, an intriguing idea rushed into his mind.
Since my mind can now control mana at this level, I should be able to manipulate the mat and fly through the air on it. And I don't even need to close my eyes anymore.
Without hesitation, he focused on the mana inside him. The mat beneath him began to rise.
Moments later, he was soaring high in the air, seated cross-legged on the floating mat. Stretching out his right hand, he directed his mana downward, flattening the terrain below into level ground. With an elevated view and vastly improved control, Zane began laying the foundation for each infrastructure point he intended to place.
From the skies, his vision covered the entire terrain. His mind, synchronized with mana, sculpted the earth below like a divine artist brushing a cosmic canvas.
Gradually, the blueprints printed by the System began to materialize into physical form.
