Hamar saw the blue tank and even without inspecting it too deeply he realised, it was mana!
"Mana tank?"
Troy smirked, "It's coming back to you?" He let go of his trench coat and pointed to Hamar and then to his miasma butler, "So how's both of yours reserve? You remember how to use it?
Hamar squinted before deciding to ask, "How do we do that, or even both or those things? Check reserves and utilise it?"
Troy took another dragon of his metal stick, noticing Hamar's gaze he said nonchalantly, "Mana pen. To check your reserves just ask your microchip, if you did any good when adding your cybernetics you would make sure your microchip and mana tank were compatible. If not...then it'll be a bit more complicated."
Hamar turned to the miasma shoulder, "Just try it, [Mana Reserves]."
Instantly, inside Hamar's vision a percentage appeared. He observed it for a moment and looking calmly towards Troy he decided to test something.
He checked nobody was looking to heavily and took in a deep breath. The air cam run through his nose and he filtered out everything but the mana, materialising it into his body. He focused upon his vision, on the small percentage. He saw a small lighting bolt symbol flash for a moment as his cybernetics absorbed his mana.
Troy interrupted Hamar's experimenting, "So how is it?"
"13%" Hamar repeated the number he saw on the top right. Even though he didn't know the text, he could intuitively understand the meaning.
"32%" the miasma butler gave his number too.
Troy smiled, "You boy, will need a charge before we go. Take this mana pen for now, it should give you enough mana to stay functioning well. And you" he turned to the miasma butler, "You'll protect him, got it?"
"Yes sir, I will always anyway!"
Troy chuckled and took off the tip of the mana pen, placing a new one on top. He passed it to Hamar, "Breathe in to absorb the mana inside the smoke, waste will be breathed out as vapour."
Hamar took the pen and turned it around for a few moments before placing the top near us mouth and sucking in lightly. He felt a concentration of mana entering his veins -
Cough!
He choked on the smoke and banged on his chest a few times, coughing up phlegm as he exhaled the hot smoke. He looked up to Troy with tears in the corner of his eyes.
"Hahahaha!" Troy chuckled heartedly before parting Hamar on his back lightly, "That's it boy,"
He settled before continuing, "And you said you don't remember how to use mana either? I don't have time to tell you all that, I'll give you both a single mana circuit spell, memorise it carefully."
He held out his hands and closed his eyes. His palms started glowing with a blue light of mana, "Both of you. Touch one of my palms and a corresponding mana circuit will be etched into your mind. It should teleport you a few metres. It can only work once a minute at its fastest, and can only reach somewhere you could have gotten anyway."
Hamar looked towards the miasma butler and nodded, he gently overed his hand over Troy's open plan before touching it slightly. Instantly, a circuit of mana embedded itself into Hamar's mind. He saw the mana itself move into a specific arrangement. He flinched as it assimilated into his body. He looked towards Troy,
"So it can only be used once per minute and can only teleport to somewhere you could have reached anywhere within that minute? Did I get that right?"
"Perfect! How about you test it? Try to dodge me."

Araxis smirked and thought to himself, 'This is an interesting setting. Whoever unsealed this realm is exactly the kind of man I like...he added techniques from his 'cultivation' world into the 'cyberpunk' world I had left here. Shall we use a flying sword?'
"Perfect! How about you test it? Try to dodge me."
Before Hamar could think too heavily, Araxis held up his hand with two fingers outstretched. He activated some mana circuits, well he pretended to. He was Araxis, the creator of this world, why would he need to really use any techniques when he could simply tell the world to follow his rules.
"Fly!" He said a word and following Araxis' finger a flying sword flew out of his trench coat. It was not there before but Araxis was the creator, how could he not create what he needs to play this character. He tilted his hand forwards and the sword went straight for Hamar. It whooshed through the air and whistles as it flew.
Before Hamar could even think, he saw miasma butler teleport. He activated his mana circuit and teleported in front of Hamar, using his metal cybernetic arm to defend himself.
The sword slid off the hard cybernetic hand and Araxis tilted his hand backwards, the flying sword changed direction. Hamar flicked his eye to follow the sword and moved forward, holding the miasma butler's shoulder. He activated the mana circuit and both he and the miasma butler teleported out of the way, to Troy's side.
Hamar kicked at Troy's hand, attempting to shut down whatever technique he he was using. Araxis saw this and smiled, just before the kick hit, he vanished.
He, too, teleported behind Hamar and flicked the back of his head. "Good, you seem well."
In his mind he though, 'Interesting. He got accustomed quickly, quick adaptation to new worlds...this'll be fun but I might take some more attention to this mini world, it's developing nicely. Bring able to create figures like this boy, the elder which operated the Secluded Realm, that Hou...all these important figures show that this mini world is developing real well...perhaps it's time to reap my rewards.'
Hamar looked back, "What was that for?!"
Araxis exhaled a short, "For a bit of fun...and also to make sure you have good reaction. Once I open this door we'll enter the black market, all sort of dangers there."
Hamar looked around, "What door? We're just in the middle of a dark alley?"
