Hamar stood at the edge of the cliff, "Shall we go for them then?"
Hou, having heard the reason, sighed, "Go for it, try to do it while balancing the speed and power used. You have a functionally unlimited amount of aura for this purpose but causality is limited."
Hamar ran his hand through his course hair and tied it up high, "I got this, it's fine." he stepped of the cliff edge and pushed off the surface.
A tremor shot through the land mass he had pushed against, a loud boom echoed out. Each side fighting, paused…they looked up, seeing the sky part.
A hole in the atmosphere like a cut through fabric, they watched it heal. Then, as war waits for none, an arrow flies, a fireball is sent, a lightning storm erupts…the fighting continues.
Those who stopped to observe simply let it go, it was interesting and in any other context they would wonder more, but in war they had another purpose.
Kill.
Hamar flew through the air, shooting in one direction then condensing aura to change direction. The point was to make sure he wasn't going straight for any one target, make himself unpredictable yet make other aware he is there.
If he wanted, he could sneak in undetected. But an assassination is useful, but a true show of strength, a flashy bout…that, that is something that will turn the tides of war forward.
After flying across the island on which they fought, he entered what both sides would say is Yi Sect's inner area.
Not where the leaders are, but somewhere which one wouldn't expect much fighting at all. He stopped, the air bursting around him.
In the air, he amplified his voice,
"COME OUT NOW! IF YOUR LEADERS DO NOT ARRIVE, THE MASSES WILL DIE, THEN THOSE VERY DAME COWARDLY LEADERS WILL PERISH TOO. IT IS INEVITABLE."
His voice barely sounded human, it wasn't monstrous either though, it was as if the world was giving a decree out. A veritable god.
Those Yi Sect soldiers stood quaking, though they were level 60, 70, even 80 Hardening, Hamar struck fear into them nonetheless. Not just because of his strength but his apparent lack of strength (despite clear evidence), his aura undetectable from most.
Then, a few floated up. Then shared one faced though the bodies differed. They spoke in unison, not loudly yet Hamar could hear it.
"Hello swordsman. It is…nice to see you. You truly intend to fight? You can join us, our aura development IS limited."
Hamar grimaced, 'They know about aura and are developing it themselves, not good.' he spoke to himself but also to Hou. He now had to be cautious, of they knew about aura they may have a way to fight it easily.
He unsheathed his sword, what to the outside looked like an ordinary blade, and swung it through the air. He held it out, pointing it towards the three. Holding out his other hand, he gestured, "Come get me,"
The trio looked at eachother and then nodded simultaneously, "You shall be eliminated then." they each bit their thumbs Nd spread blood on their foreheads.
Fire.
Ice.
Wind.
Each of their bodies grew size and became inflamed in their respective elements. The fire and ice 'brothers' came closer and held their hands together.
The third, wind, floated up to Hamar's level. He whispered, "You wish to fight, we will comply." his eyes watered none, pulling back his fist he charged.
Hamar kept his stance, a relaxed posture with one hand holding his blade up, though under the surface he filled his body with aura.
He knew of one way to defeat aura, which was to simply overwhelm it with laws, then when there is no more the laws would work. He had to make sure that no matter how many laws were sent out, he could have aura to decimate them.

From the ground, a tremor built. Underground, a fight begun. Mo Huai, William and Earth Di all stood in a other section of the Reverse Formation when it began to glow.
It emitted a light naturally, but all of a sudden it became strong. Unbearable to look at without enhancing the eyes, it also warmed up the surroundings.
Mo Huai shouted, "Record as much as possible! When it's activating, it must give more useful information!"
Earth Di shook his head, "No! We can't do that, the earth is moving. I think…I think it's surfacing a portion of it, we'll be exposed to whoever is wanting to USE it."
Mo Huai bit his lip, "Earth Di, you will observe it. Look at every single movement and memories them." he turned, "William, come with me. We're going to surface and distract whoever's up there. I'll use miasma soldiers too, however many I can afford to use here."

Hamar had been hit with many slashes of air, wind blades from pressure, entrance amounts of force generated from a single punch. The opponent using the wight of the sky against him, though it was useless against a single wall of aura material sliding and keeping him steadfast.
After a short delay in the opponents attack, it was Hamar's turn. He stepped forward and raised this blade.
They ran underneath and tried to strike at Hamar's exposed torso when he slashed down with a speed that surprised even himself. He had not actually used his true strength, even that was just a taste.
The blade connected with the enemy, they dropped to the ground. The air followed them like a shield and a mountain sized crater formed where they fell.
Hamar turned his blade and thrusted down, the vacuum in the air was broken as his slash broke apart the opponents wind barrier.
The thrust of aura penetrated the wind and directly hit the chest of the downed enemy. He blinked a few times, "That was…easy?"
To his side, the other two cried as their elemental 'flames' burned. They shouted and the ground ruptured. A pink crystal shot into the air and the two of them screeched in pain.
Hamar disregarded their efforts, and slashed towards them. A shield of ice formed, laws being constantly eroded by Hamar's slash were instantly replenished.
He scoffed, another few slashes. More ice shields. A dozen shields all around the duo, when they all pushed towards. The laws pushing against the aura blades, sending them into the atmosphere.
Hamar furrowed his brows, "That's all?" his eyes were looking towards an amalgamation of both fire and ice. A cold flame elemental formed from the two using the power of the Reversal Crystals to stay stable.
Hamar knew of the crystals already and could easily deduce what had happened. He flared his nose, it was too easy.

Mo Huai shot forward at the same time the pink crystal burst the ground open. He prepared for a strong battle when in actuality when he summoned up his miasma soldiers they paused.
The enemies he supposed were there…were nowhere to be seen. Instead the entire ground seemed to be recently cleared of any decorations, as if it were flattened by a meteor.
He and William looked up to where the pink crystal continued to grow upwards, "Hamar!" they itched to help when with one simple swing–

Hamar injected aura and royal authority into the blade, then he sent it forward in a swing. The arc was simple, it moved forward predictably.
But unbeknownst, or unknowingly, to Hamar he had moved so fast that to an outside observer he simply willed the effect to occur.
And that aforementioned effect, was a cut. A cut through someone's entire being, one that made sure they had no tether to reality anymore.
The duo he was fighting simply became dust and floated away in the stormy winds caused by the bursting of the third of the trio's attack earlier.
Hamar raised his eyebrows, "Well…" his eyes were blank as if nothing had happened. He expected to be happy, or excited, or…something instead, "That was disappointing, and my causality use?" he looked to Hou.
He, too, was stunned and took a moment to respond while stuttering, "Uh-well, uh…acceptable amount used, maybe–"
"What's the use of waiting let's just go and mess up the head of Yi Sect." Hamar interrupted, having seen his true power.
