-------------------------------------------------

TWO YEARS LATER...

JAPAN...

U.A. HIGH...

The campus of U.A. glowed beneath the morning sun.

Clouds drifted like calm ships across a pale sky,

Betraying none of the intensity gathering inside the principal's office.

Principal's Office...

A long polished table dominated the center of the room.

Around it sat the pillars of U.A.:

Aizawa, Present Mic, Midnight, Cementos, Snipe, Power Loader, Vlad King, Ectoplasm…

And at the far end, standing tall, All Might in his hero form.

And at the head of the table—

Principal Nezu.

The small creature placed a thin folder on the table.

He tapped it once with a claw.

The sound echoed.

A tension spread through the room.

Nezu's gaze sharpened.

"Thank you for coming. This meeting concerns the new applicant for the Creativity Instructor position."

Power Loader exhaled heavily.

-Sigh

"We've been searching for two years. No one can match Sky High's standard. Not a single applicant was worth consideration."

Aizawa opened one tired eye.

"We don't need another impractical idealist wasting our time."

Nezu didn't respond.

"...."

He simply opened the folder.

The moment the first page flipped over—

The entire room froze.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Not because of anything Nezu said…

…but because of the name staring back at them from the application.

Aizawa sat up straight.

Present Mic's mouth fell open.

Midnight's expression sharpened with a spark of curiosity.

All Might's blue eyes narrowed.

"...."

Cementos leaned forward in disbelief.

On the page, printed in sharp bold letters:

[Applicant Name: Rudra Eswar

Hero Name: Ra-One

Current Position: Rank #2 Pro Hero, U.S.A.

Former Position: Creativity Professor – Sky High]

A suffocating silence filled the office.

"...."

"...."

"...."

It was All Might who finally exhaled.

"…Ra-One."

The name itself carried weight.

In the last two years, the world had whispered it, shouted it, placed it on headlines:

"The man who repaired a falling school engine with his bare hands.

The man who dismantled entire criminal syndicates alone.

The man whose rise was meteoric in the following days."

Aizawa's fingers tightened around the page.

"He handled the Sky High incident… alone."

Snipe nodded slowly.

-Nod

"Rank #2 in the United States… And he wants to teach here?"

Present Mic swallowed.

-Gulp

"This guy is practically a walking natural disaster. Why come to Japan?"

Midnight crossed her legs gracefully.

"People as strong as him don't move without a reason."

Nezu finally spoke, his voice calm but carrying a gravity that grounded everyone in place.

"He submitted full documentation.

Top-level recommendations.

Authorization from the American Hero Council.

And a written statement."

Nezu laid the page flat.

The teachers leaned forward as he read:

["I seek international experience.

I wish to guide young minds.

And I believe U.A is the perfect place for my next step."]

Aizawa scoffed under his breath.

-Scoff

"He's hiding something."

Power Loader nodded grimly.

-Nod

"Someone with power at that level doesn't just ask politely to join another country's top school."

But All Might…

A faint smile tugged at his lips.

"...."

"He saved countless lives. His heart seems to be in the right place."

Nezu closed the folder gently, almost ceremonially.

Then—

He lifted his eyes.

The faintest glimmer of calculation flickered behind them.

"His flight has already been booked. He will arrive in Japan in three days for his appointment interview."

The air tightened.

The weight of those words sank deep.

Aizawa leaned back, silent.

"...."

Present Mic let out a low breath.

Cementos stared at the closed folder as if it held a storm.

Nezu folded his paws, and this time—

His voice lowered, carrying an echo of foreboding.

A tone not of challenge…

…but of preparation.

"Ra-One has stepped into our world."

A beat of silence.

Then,

"Now… we will see what kind of man has chosen to walk into U.A."

The room remained still.

The decision had been sealed.

After the staff meeting ended, chairs scraped back and footsteps faded down the hallway.

The door clicked shut,

-Click

"...."

Leaving only two figures in the quiet office.

Nezu poured a fresh cup of tea, steam curling into the air like drifting silver threads.

"Another cup?"

He asked softly, pushing it toward the towering hero.

All Might didn't immediately respond.

His hand hovered over the cup, then slowly lowered.

"Thank you… Nezu."

The principal watched him for a moment,

His sharp eyes narrowing ever so slightly.

-Frown

"You seemed unusually tense during the meeting. Even for a matter this important."

All Might exhaled slowly,

The kind of breath that carried memories too heavy for a hero to normally show.

-Sigh

"...."

Nezu's ears twitched.

"…It's him, isn't it?"

There was no hesitation this time.

All Might nodded once. Firm. Quiet. Heavy.

The room grew colder.

"So Ra-One…"

Nezu murmured, leaning back,

"…is that man."

All Might turned toward the window,

Watching distant birds sweep across the sky.

He said quietly,

"on the same day All For One vanished… I met him."

Nezu didn't interrupt.

"I expected a villain that day,"

All Might continued, voice low.

"Expected a battle I've fought dozens of times. But fate had something else planned."

The reflection in the glass showed the Symbol of Peace—

Unshaken to the world, but in this moment, unmistakably human.

"He wasn't a threat,"

All Might said after a long silence.

"Not in the way you'd expect. Not in the way All For One is. But he was… powerful."

Nezu tapped his fingers on the desk, thoughtful.

"And All For One's disappearance?"

All Might's jaw tightened.

"...."

"Connected. Somehow. I still don't know how. But Ra-One stood there when the dust settled. And All For One didn't."

The principal's eyes gleamed.

"A hero who destroyed one of the deadliest criminal empires in America. A teacher who changed Sky High's entire system. And a being who walked away from a clash with you and All For One."

All Might looked back at him.

"There's more,"

He said quietly.

"He isn't… confined to our rules."

Nezu's smile widened just slightly.

"...."

All Might silence spoke louder than words.

Nezu folded his paws.

"So if he wants to teach here at U.A…"

His voice lowered meaningfully.

"…should we be afraid?"

All Might shook his head immediately.

"No. If anything, we should be grateful. His presence… strengthens the side of good. But he is unpredictable. He doesn't follow the logic of our society—or our enemies."

Nezu hummed.

"A wild card."

"Exactly."

The principal lifted the teacup, savoring a sip.

"Then our japan is about to change. Again."

All Might stepped toward the door, pausing with his hand on the frame.

His voice dropped.

"When he arrives… the balance of power will shift. I don't know its good or bad. But it will."

Nezu smiled, eyes shining with a mix of curiosity and anticipation.

-Shine

"Let him come. U.A. will welcome Professor Ra-One."

All Might's cape fluttered as he walked out.

MEANWHILE...

IN THE ROTTING DEPTHS OF AN OLD BAR...

The neon sign outside flickered weakly,

Buzzing against the night like an exhausted firefly.

Inside, the bar was empty—

Chairs flipped, dust floating in the stale air, a radio playing static.

The bartender wiped a glass mechanically.

Except…

His fingers were made of shadow.

A swirl of black mist rippled across his shoulders as Kurogiri turned toward the rear door,

Which clicked open with a metallic growl.

He stepped inside, his misty aura swallowing the dim orange light.

Beyond the door lay a room that shouldn't exist in a bar—

Cold, metal, silent.

A lab built in desperation, wires snaking across the floor like veins.

In the center,

A capsule hummed.

"...."

"...."

"...."

A man sat within it, half-upright, tubes piercing into his body,

Monitors reading irregular spikes.

His head was wrapped in thick bandages,

His skin melted and twisted.

There were no eyes—

Only scorched hollows where fury lived.

All For One.

The greatest devil Japan had ever known.

Kurogiri bowed slightly,

His voice echoing through the mist.

"Master… the information has been confirmed."

A slow, dragging inhale rattled through the life-support mask.

"Speak,"

All For One rasped.

"America's Number Two Hero,"

Kurogiri continued,

"the one they call Ra-One… he will arrive in Japan in three days."

Silence.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Utter.

Absolute.

Then—

A tremor ran through the villain's ruined body.

His fingers twitched.

His head jerked—

Just an inch—

But enough to make the capsule's glass vibrate.

Because behind the empty sockets of his face…

He remembered.

A flash of golden light.

A punch that collapsed reality around him.

A voice—

Cold, calm, echoing through the void.

The taste of blood.

The smell of burning flesh.

His own scream swallowing itself when a surge of Burning energy ripped half his face apart.

He remembered the moment the world tilted.

And how he staggered backward, half-dead,

As Kurogiri's portal swallowed him at the last second.

He remembered Ra-One.

And the fear he had not felt in decades.

"...."

"...."

"...."

A soft, metallic drip echoed in the chamber.

It took Kurogiri a moment to realize it wasn't leaking water—

—it was All For One's blood hitting the floor,

Shaken loose by memory alone.

"All For One-sama?"

Kurogiri asked quietly.

The villain's voice crawled out from the mask—

A hoarse whisper warped by pain.

"…He's come here?"

"He has accepted the Creative Arts teaching position at U.A,"

Kurogiri confirmed.

All For One's breathing grew ragged.

"...."

Hatred and memory warred in the dark cavities of his ruined face.

"…He should have stayed,"

The villain muttered, voice trembling at the edges.

"He should have stayed in that damn America."

Kurogiri waited.

All For One's fingers clenched around the armrest, metal bending under his strength.

"If he steps foot on Japanese soil…"

A sickening smile stretched across what remained of his lips.

"…I will be ready."

But beneath the cruelty—

Beneath the arrogance—

A flicker of something he despised burned inside him.

Fear.

Hidden.

Buried.

But unmistakably there.

The capsule lights dimmed slightly as the villain leaned back, breath hissing like a dying flame.

"Prepare everything, Kurogiri."

"Yes, Master."

"And alert him,"

All For One added.

"Our next phase cannot wait. If Ra-One is coming… then we must act before he takes the board."

Kurogiri bowed again.

"As you command."

The mist retreated as he left the chamber, closing the heavy steel door behind him.

Inside, in the darkness…

All For One reached up with a trembling hand and brushed the scarred ruin of his face.

"Three days…"

His hollow voice crawled along the walls.

The machines hummed on.

MEANWHILE...

AMERICA...

SKY HIGH...

With no idea that both U.A. and Japan's underworld were losing sleep over his arrival,

Rudra quietly packed the last of his belongings into a compact black suitcase.

His Sky High ID card lay on the desk for a moment —

The symbol of two years of work, chaos, battles, friendships, and unexpected attachments.

He closed the suitcase gently.

Today was the graduation ceremony.

Will.

Gwen.

Layla.

Warren.

Ethan.

Magenta.

Zack.

Penny.

The first batch he ever taught —

The kids who had been awkward, loud, confused, and reckless —

Now stood on the edge of adulthood.

And he?

He stood on the edge of another world.

He breathed out slowly and left his room,

The door to Staff Quarters clicking shut behind him for the last time.

As he walked across the floating campus,

The massive auditorium came into view —

Decorated with banners,

Holographic displays,

And the iconic Sky High emblem shining like the sun.

Cheers and music spilled into the hallway.

Rudra stepped inside.

THE AUDITORIUM...

LAST DAY...

The hall was packed —

Parents in the back rows, students in their uniforms, teachers standing proudly near the stage.

Principal Powers was mid-speech, her comet-light silhouette glowing softly under the spotlights.

"…and so, as you step beyond these floating walls, remember one thing—being a hero begins not with power, but with heart."

Thunderous applause.

-Claps -Claps

Rudra stood at the far left, unnoticed at first.

Then—

A redhead in a green dress spotted him.

Layla's smile bloomed instantly.

"...."

Next, Will Stronghold, tall now, confident,

Nudged Warren Peace who grunted but his eyes warmed slightly when he saw Rudra.

And Gwen…

Gwen Grayson sat two rows away in a white dress,

Her hair tied back.

When she saw him, her lips parted for the slightest moment —

Not a smile, not surprise… something softer, unfamiliar even to her.

Then Principal Powers raised her voice again.

"Before we proceed to the diplomas, I invite someone special to say a few words. Someone who changed Sky High more than any of us could have predicted."

The hall murmured.

Students turned.

Layla's eyes brightened.

Will elbowed his friends.

Warren exhaled a tiny puff of flame.

Principal Powers smiled.

"Professor Ra-One."

The room erupted in applause.

-Claps -Claps

Rudra walked toward the mic, his footsteps steady, calm —

But his students watched him like it was some legendary hero entering the battlefield.

He looked over them —

The faces he had scolded, guided, pushed, and protected.

His voice carried gently through the hall.

"I came to this school from a very far place,"

He said.

"And I didn't know what to expect."

A soft laugh rippled through the crowd.

"At first, I met kids too scared to use their quirks… and kids too reckless to stop using them."

Even louder laughter.

-Haha

"But I learned something here,"

Rudra continued, eyes softening.

"That potential is not a gift. It's a choice. And every one of you… chose to grow — not because your quirks made you heroes, but because your hearts did."

Layla wiped her eyes discreetly.

Will looked proud.

Warren's jaw clenched, refusing to show expression.

Gwen stared at him intensely, unreadable.

Rudra continued.

"You're graduating today — but the world out there won't care about rankings or classes. What matters is who you become when no one is watching."

A hush fell.

"And if destiny allows… I hope we meet there again."

When he stepped back—

The applause was deafening.

AFTER THE CEREMONY...

The graduates flooded the stage.

Will was the first to reach him, pulling Rudra into a tight, almost crushing hug.

"Thank you,"

He whispered.

Layla came next, wiping tears but smiling widely.

Warren simply nodded, muttering,

-Nod

"Don't die wherever you're going."

And Gwen…

Gwen approached last, her steps slow, her eyes shimmering strangely.

She reached him, leaned closer, and whispered.

"Don't make a habit of disappearing without telling me."

Rudra blinked.

-Blink

"...."

Before he could respond, she smirked faintly and walked away.

-Smirk

Principal Powers walked up then, extending her hand.

"Sky High won't forget what you've done here,"

She said softly.

"And… wherever you're heading, give them hell."

Rudra gave a small smile.

"I intend to."

He left the auditorium.

The sunset painted the floating campus gold.

And in the distance, a storm waited in Japan—

Unaware that the one walking into it…

Was a storm of his own.

AIRPORT...

THREE HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE...

The airport was quiet in that early morning hour,

The vast glass windows glowing faintly with the first hint of sunrise.

Rudra sat alone at Gate 47B, a small travel bag at his feet, his passport and ticket resting in his palm.

Japan, U.A. High, an entirely new country and the canon of MHA was about to being there…

He exhaled softly.

Just as he slipped the documents back into his jacket pocket—

A sharp, familiar voice rang out behind him.

"Professor Ra-One!"

Rudra blinked and turned.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Layla Williams came running toward him —

Dragging a suitcase nearly her size, her green dress fluttering behind her.

Right beside her walked Gwen Grayson,

Rolling two sleek black suitcases like she owned the entire terminal.

Rudra stared.

Then blinked again.

"…you two?"

He asked.

Layla beamed with the brightness of three suns.

Gwen smirked like she had just solved a cosmic puzzle.

-Smirk

"...."

"...."

Both stopped in front of him, luggage firmly planted.

Rudra crossed his arms calmly.

"…Explain."

Layla jumped in first, words tumbling out.

"It was supposed to be a surprise! Will planned it—well, we all planned it. We wanted to join your new hero agency in Japan! You sent that invitation months ago, remember?"

Rudra nodded slowly.

-Nod

"I remember. But no one responded. So I assumed you weren't interested."

Layla puffed her cheeks out.

"...."

"That's because it was a secret! Will wanted to reveal it on graduation day, but then his dad found out and—"

Gwen interrupted in her calm, cool tone.

"—and Commander Stronghold told him that if his son ran away to Japan before even starting official hero work, he would personally drag him back by the cape."

Rudra raised an eyebrow.

"...."

Layla folded her arms dramatically.

"Steve Stronghold banned him from going."

Rudra sighed.

-Sigh

"And Warren?"

Gwen chuckled.

-Chuckle

"Those two idiots formed a duo,"

She said.

"They're opening their own hero partnership in America."

Set the sky on fire, their style…Rudra nodded.

-Nod

He could respect that choice.

But his attention returned to the two right in front of him.

"And the two of you?"

Rudra asked.

"What changed your minds?"

Layla looked at Gwen.

"...."

"...."

Gwen looked at Layla.

They both answered at the same time,

"You."

Rudra froze.

Layla elbowed Gwen.

Gwen gave her a deadpan look.

Layla continued, cheeks pink.

"You changed Sky High. You changed us. And… I want to grow more. Learn more. Become better. And I think I can do that if I stay close to you."

Gwen rolled her eyes slightly,

But her tone softened too.

"And I'm not done studying you,"

She said simply.

"Or learning from you. You're… different. Interesting. And I don't follow rules — so I'm not staying in America just because someone expects me to."

Rudra stared at them.

"...."

Two of Sky High's most remarkable graduates —

Standing here, at the gate, ready to jump continents just to follow him.

He let out a slow breath.

Sigh~

"You understand Japan… especially U.A… is nothing like Sky High, Even through currently it was the safest place due to All Might."

Rudra said quietly.

"There will be danger. Real danger."

Layla stepped forward boldly.

"We handled danger,"

She said.

"We fought a villain who almost dropped a school on the city. We saved hundreds."

Gwen smirked.

-Smirk

"And you're forgetting something,"

She added, stepping closer.

Rudra tilted his head.

"What?"

Gwen held up her suitcase handle with a smug grin.

-Grin

"We already bought our tickets."

Layla raised hers too.

"And our parents signed off!"

Rudra closed his eyes for a moment.

"...."

Then sighed.

-Sigh

And chuckled.

-Chuckle

"You two are impossible."

Layla brightened.

Gwen shrugged like she agreed completely.

Then came the boarding announcement.

"Passengers for flight JL-808 to Tokyo, please report to Gate 47B."

Layla's excitement shot through the roof.

Gwen's expression turned sharp, focused.

"...."

"...."

"...."

Rudra rose to his feet, picking up his bag.

"All right,"

He said, looking at them both.

"Let's go."

Layla pumped her fist.

Gwen smirked like she'd been waiting for this line.

And the three walked toward the boarding gate —

Unknowingly stepping toward a future that would shake both U.A. High and Japan itself.

Because the moment the flight took off…

They don't know All For One has prepared a gift for them.
