Chapter 35 - Meeting the Golden Lion

Raigor stared at his luminous counterpart, his own reflection devoid of anger, of vengeance, of everything that had made him the warrior he was. How could he defeat an enemy that was himself in his purest form?

But before he could act, something changed.

The light around him twisted, the heat of the sun became unbearable, and an ancient and mighty roar shook the air.

From nowhere, a figure emerged: a gigantic lion, whose coat was made of pure gold and whose mane seemed like burning flames. Its eyes were stars, its presence overwhelming.

Raigor recognized the being immediately.

The Golden Lion.

A legend among legends, the supreme ancestor of his lineage.

"You are my descendant." The Golden Lion's voice was as deep as the earth itself. "And you have come to claim what is yours. But are you truly worthy?"

Raigor knelt, not in submission, but out of respect. "I am here for the fragment of Veran's soul. But now I also want answers."

The lion peered at him with piercing eyes. "Then listen, young warrior. For your destiny is tied to something far greater than you can imagine."

The Three Legends and the Lost War

The Golden Lion spoke of a forgotten time, an era in which three beings ruled the world: the Storm Wolf, the Golden Lion, and the Time Dragon.

Together, they were the guardians of balance, the pillars upon which creation itself was founded.

But then, a mysterious Darkness came.

A faceless, nameless entity, capable of bending time and reality.

The three legends fought with all their might, but in the end they were defeated. The world fell into chaos, and their legacy was forgotten… until now.

"And now," the Lion concluded, "that Darkness is returning. And you, Raigor, are the only one who can stop it."

The Third Fragment and Raigor's Fate

Raigor remained silent, the weight of those revelations weighing on him like a mountain.

But the Golden Lion was not finished yet.

"Take the third fragment of Veran's soul."

Out of nowhere, a sphere of glowing energy appeared before Raigor. Within it, a piece of his friend's soul, pulsating with power and forgotten memories.

"But know this, young warrior," the Lion added, "when you find the fourth fragment… you will learn the true price of your chosen fate."

Raigor clenched his fist. "Then I will face him."

The battle was still long. But now he knew there was something greater at stake.

And the shadow that defeated the Wolf, the Lion, and the Dragon… was about to return.
