Chapter 206 - Chapter 206: A Desperate Situation

The two top-tier fused monsters couldn't even survive a single exchange with Garp. His terrifying strength shocked Bege.

Just as Garp was about to pursue Bege, the two monsters savagely charged him again.

Garp paused, the domineering aura around him growing even heavier. The Armament Haki coating his iron fists became deeper, darker, radiating a suffocating power that could suppress anything.

"I'll finish you in one punch."

The two monsters charged recklessly, their giant fists and blade-arms smashing and slashing through the air.

"Bone Fist: Star-Piercer!"

Garp's figure vanished, reappearing above the bear-monster. He brought his raised fist down on its head. The terrifying, formless pressure of the punch bore down on the monster, forcing its body to stumble backward.

An instant later, the bear-monster's head exploded. Garp landed on the headless corpse, vanished once more, and leaped in front of the minotaur-monster, unleashing another punch.

The minotaur-monster raised its blade-arms, attempting to block Garp's strike.

The iron fist smashed into the blades. A heaven-shattering force instantly blew the blade-arms apart. The fist continued its descent, striking the minotaur-monster's body. A bloody hole, two meters wide, was punched straight through its chest, the force of the blow piercing through its torso and pulverizing its heart.

Only then did the headless body of the bear-monster crash to the ground with a deafening thud, followed by the minotaur-monster.

The two terrifyingly strong monsters had been killed by Garp in just two punches.

Garp landed on the ground and flicked his wrist, shaking off the blood that stained his fist. His sharp gaze locked onto Bege, who was speeding away in the distance.

In the next moment, he was in hot pursuit.

Meanwhile, on the battlefield near the square, the ground was a scene of devastation. Dozens of high-temperature craters, each tens of meters wide, pockmarked the landscape. Magma had scorched the earth black, and the bodies of the fallen were burned to charcoal, emitting a nauseating, burnt smell.

On the battlefield, Admiral Akainu stood with hot, terrifying magma flowing from his hands, his cold, merciless gaze sweeping over everyone present.

A flash of golden light appeared beside him, materializing into Admiral Kizaru, his hands in his pockets, his expression just as impassive.

Then, one after another, powerful figures shot in from the distance—Marine Vice Admirals and the powerhouses of CP-0.

"The Fire Tank Pirates will be annihilated today," Akainu's cold voice struck the hearts of every member of the crew.

"Admirals Akainu and Kizaru... You're truly despicable," Moria and the others said, their faces turning grim.

"Vile criminals like you don't deserve to speak to us of rules."

"As long as we can eradicate you, any means we use is justice," Akainu said, his face cold as he strode forward. The temperature around him rose, and the magma on his body roiled and boiled.

"Riki, you and I will take on Akainu! Enel, Wiper, you two hold off Kizaru! Weevil, you lead the other captains against the remaining Marines! The rest of you, protect the heavily wounded crew members immediately! We must be ready to retreat at any moment!" Moria commanded, his expression grave.

He looked towards the rumbling battlefield in the distance, his face darkening. He knew that since Akainu and Kizaru were here, Bege must be facing a Marine powerhouse of at least Admiral level on his end. Having just fought Andrew, Bege would surely be in a bitter struggle against a Marine Admiral.

Bege, you're my captain. You better not die.

"Leave that yellow monkey to me! He seriously injured me last time. Today, I'll get my revenge!" Enel's face was murderous, lightning arcing across his body.

Wiper said nothing, but the violent lightning crackling around him was a clear sign of his intense fighting spirit.

"Don't worry, Moria. I'll slaughter every last one of these Marines," Weevil declared, his naginata in hand, his body drenched in blood, looking like a demon god.

"None of you will escape today," Akainu said, taking a step forward and breaking into a run. As he closed in, he threw a punch, and a giant fist of magma shot towards them.

Moria took a sharp step forward, his right fist instantly coated in Armament Haki. He threw a punch that blew the magma fist apart, sending scorching hot magma splashing everywhere.

Akainu's fist, transformed into magma, smashed towards Moria. Not to be outdone, Moria met it with his own fist, and the magma exploded once more.

Moria blocked Akainu's brutish attack, but Akainu's entire body turned to magma, and a massive wave of it surged down his arm towards Moria.

Moria's entire arm was coated in Haki, but the magma was moving faster, rushing towards his body.

At that moment, a figure flashed to Akainu's right. It was Riki. High-pressure steam shot from his feet, propelling him towards Akainu at a furious speed. As he drew near, he smashed his Haki-clad fist towards Akainu's head.

Akainu's left hand suddenly aimed at the incoming Riki. His magma-morphed hand turned as red as blood, and a terrifying, heart-stopping heat rapidly built up in his palm. The air distorted from the high temperature, as if the very space around it was melting.

"Great Eruption!"

BOOM! His left hand erupted like a volcano, spewing a massive amount of magma that engulfed the approaching Riki. Riki's expression changed drastically. He changed his fist to an open palm and shot a column of high-pressure air from its center, trying to blast the magma away. But the force of the magma was even more ferocious. It sent Riki flying, crashing into the ground dozens of meters away, the impact melting the earth.

Riki burst out of the hot magma, his body covered in severe burns. He collapsed to the ground, rolling around and screaming in agony.

Moria's face contorted in a snarl. The shadows at his feet danced and then shot out, instantly piercing through Akainu's body. Akainu's body dissolved into a pool of magma, which rolled backward and quickly reformed into his body.

The magma on Akainu's body became fiery red and scorching hot. The temperature rose even higher, melting the ground beneath his feet into a red-hot liquid.

Then, he charged Moria again.

On the other side, Kizaru transformed into a beam of golden light and shot towards Enel. He was his target.

The golden light zipped through the air, appearing in front of Enel in an instant. He lifted his right leg, his entire thigh shining with a light so bright it could blind a person.

He kicked down in an instant, aiming straight for Enel's head.

Enel's reaction was just as swift. His body became elemental, and the explosive kick blew his head apart, sending countless bolts of lightning flying out.

At the same time, a giant thunder lizard pounced on Kizaru, tearing his body to shreds.

The thunder lizard transformed back into Wiper as he landed on the ground. Arcs of electricity shot from his eyes, and his vertical lizard pupils scanned the area, searching for any sign of Kizaru.

Countless particles of golden light converged in the distance, reforming into Kizaru. His expression was grim as he looked at Wiper.

"So you managed to get Old Man Raymond's Thunder Lizard Fruit. What a terrifying pirate crew."

The Mythical Zoan, the Thunder Lizard Fruit, was second only to Logia-type Devil Fruits, and in terms of power, it was even stronger than many of the weaker Logia fruits.

At that moment, Enel reformed, his entire body wreathed in lightning, looking exceptionally agitated.

"Yellow monkey, now it's your turn to take one of my attacks!"

Enel shot forward, transforming into a bolt of lightning. His speed was not much slower than the speed of light. In an instant, he was in front of Kizaru, the lightning on his body erupting.

A giant thunder dragon roared into existence, swallowing Kizaru whole.
