While Damian is busy noticing Christina's odd behavior, elsewhere in the building, Lisa is about to have an unforgettable encounter.
Lisa, dressed stylishly as always, enters the company lobby, looking for Christina. she spots Christina at the front desk and heads towards it when suddenly, she crashes straight into someone.
She stumbles back, nearly losing her balance, but before she can fall, a strong hand grips her wrist, steadying her. she looks up and her breath catches.
Standing before her is a tall sharp dressed man with an unreadable expression. His glasses rest perfectly on the bridge of his nose, his posture impeccable. It's Ethan Carter, Damian's secretary.
Ethan, ever composed, studies her with a neutral expression, though his eyes briefly flicker with surprise.
Lisa: ( blinking, flustered) ''Wow... you have a steel grip.''
Ethan releases her wrist immediately, adjusting his glasses.
Ethan: ''Apologies. I didn't expect someone to walk directly into me.''
Lisa scowls.
Lisa: ''Excuse me? I wasn't the one standing in the middle of the-!'' Lisa pauses noticing his expensive suit, and his aura of authority.'' Wait who are you?
Ethan: ''Ethan Carter. Secretary to Mr.sinclair.'' ( studies her briefly before adding) ''And you?''
Lisa: ( flipping her hair, regaining her confidence) '' Lisa. Christina's best friend.''
Ethan nods, but there's a flicker of curiosity in his eyes. Meanwhile, Lisa crosses her arms, realizing something.
Lisa: smirks '' Wait a second.You're a secretary? But you look so... stiff and serious.''
Ethan: ( adjusting his glasses, unfazed) ''And you look unbelievably loud.''
Lisa gasps, offended. but before she can snap back, Ethan checks his watch.
Ethan: '' I have a meeting. Try not to run into anyone else.'' Ethan turns around and walk off, leaving Lisa stunned.
Lisa watches him go, blinking.
Lisa: '' Rude. Ridiculously hot but rude.''

The cafeteria hums with the usual midday buzz- employees chatting, trays clattering, coffee machines whirring. Ethan Carter stands near the entrance, his sharp eyes scanning the room. To any outsider, he might look like he's simply waiting for someone, but in reality, Ethan is always watching.
He isn't here for food. He isn't here for casual conversation. He's here because of Christina.
From the moment she entered the company,something about her felt off. Not in a suspicious way-at least, not at first. But ever since the CEO's sudden interest in her, things haven't added up.
First, the way she stiffens when Damian is near. The way she avoids eye contact. Then the way she sneaks glances at him, as if trying to confirm something. It's subtle- too subtle- for most people to notice. But Ethan notices everything.
That's why he's standing here now, hands in his pockets, pretending to casually survey the room when, in reality, he's carefully studying Christina Evelyn.
