Chapter 211: The Guide Blue Silver King
It was worth mentioning that the consciousness of the Blue Silver Emperor had still not fully recovered. At this moment, the Blue Silver Emperor in Han Li's hand was purely operating on instinct.
It wasn't that Han Li hadn't considered restoring her consciousness he had simply forgotten about it.
To be honest, aside from being Tang San's mother, there was no real reason for Han Li to care about her.
Sure, being a 100,000 year old soul beast was an advantage in her previous life. But after her sacrifice, she had been reduced to a mere seedling. If Han Li wanted to raise a powerful soul beast, he would rather find a new one from scratch. There was simply no need to restore her.
If it weren't for Ye LingLing needing a fourth soul ring, Han Li wouldn't have even bothered with her at least, not yet. Originally, Han Li had planned for her to be his own seventh ring.
But now that the Ye family had pledged loyalty, it was worth making a detour. After all, she was one of his own now.
Although Ye LingLing's soul skills were fixed, meaning she only needed to pursue high year soul rings, a life attribute soul beast would naturally suit her better.
And the Blue Silver King of the Blue Silver Forest was the perfect choice for her fourth ring.
Strength and spiritual power were not the key concerns. The real advantage? The Blue Silver Emperor was in Han Li's hands.
A soul sacrifice was always an option.
With that thought, Han Li stored the Blue Silver Emperor back into his bracelet and pulled out a mysterious triangular blue gemstone none other than the Seagod's Heart, which had already been swapped out by Qian Renxue.
At this point, almost every major resource that Tang San once relied on for growth was now in Han Li's possession.
Almost all paths for Tang San's rise had been cut off the only exception being Slaughter City.
But even that…
After the "baptism" of Han Li's group, Slaughter City had become an even more brutal killing ground.
And right now, Tang San wasn't even close to being strong enough to survive there.
By the time he was, the Spirit Hall's forces would have grown even stronger he would simply be waiting to be harvested.
The journey was smooth and uneventful.
Unlike before, the group now had a more relaxed mindset, treating the trip as part business, part leisure.
They didn't rush.
Instead, at each stop, they took their time to rest, explore, and sample local delicacies fully experiencing the culture and flavors of each town they visited.
After a full month, the group finally reached the outskirts of Star Dou Forest.
The journey wasn't entirely without progress, though.
For one, Ye LingLing's mood improved significantly she was no longer constantly gloomy whenever she spoke.
Of course, her speech still carried a bit of that dramatic, "edgy" tone but at least it had shifted in a more positive direction.
Yes, she had completely attributed her fate changing experience to Han Li, almost treating him like a divine figure.
Han Li secretly enjoyed the admiration, but given the watchful gazes of the other women, he had to pretend to stay composed.
As for Zhu Zhuqing, after spending more time with the group, she had begun to step out of her old shadows.
However, she still spoke very little, and her smiles were rare almost starting to resemble Shou'er's personality.
That said, because of her unique body proportions, she often became the center of discussion among the girls.
During these conversations, her usual cold expression would be replaced with a flushed red face, as she struggled to respond.
Unlike their previous visit, this time the group didn't avoid the local town near Star Dou Forest.
Instead, they eagerly mingled with the crowd, blending into the bustling streets with genuine curiosity.
For the first time, Han Li fully appreciated just how practical his disguise abilities were.
After casually exploring the marketplace, the group finally headed into the forest.
At the forest's edge, Han Li activated his Spiritual Sharing, scanning and monitoring everything around them.
Compared to the other spirit masters entering Star Dou Forest, their group looked more like they were on a countryside stroll.
Particularly for Zhu Zhuqing, who had previously visited Star Dou Forest with Shrek's group, her current experience was completely different.
During her last visit, she had been attacked by the Titan Giant Ape, a terrifying experience.
Now, knowing Xiao Wu's true identity and having heard Han Li's conversations about the forest's inner regions, she finally understood
The "dangerous attack" from before had been nothing more than Xiao Wu visiting her old friends.
Yet back then, Shrek's group had foolishly panicked, grieving and worrying for no reason.
"Something on your mind? Are you thinking about what kind of spirit ring to get?"
Noticing Zhu Zhuqing's slight emotional fluctuations, Shou'er gently asked with concern.
"No, I was just thinking about my last visit here," Zhu Zhuqing answered obediently, always behaving more docilely around Shou'er.
"The Titan Giant Ape, huh? No need to worry. It, along with the Sky Azure Bull Python, will soon become Shou'er and Yan's spirit rings. The only question is how long it'll take them to finish their training."
Han Li responded casually.
Xiao Wu's two "big brothers" were already reserved as Shou'er and Dugu Yan's seventh spirit rings.
Although their martial spirits weren't an exact match, in the current world of Douluo, they were some of the best choices available.
Their martial soul evolutions had already reached their peak just below the god level threshold.
Now, soul rings were purely a matter of adding years no more transformations were needed.
As for spirit abilities, Han Li could manipulate them to some extent, making compatibility issues negligible.
Hearing this, Zhu Zhuqing paused, then nodded quietly.
She didn't say anything, but her thoughts drifted elsewhere.
The location of the Blue Silver Forest was rather peculiar. If categorized based on Star Dou Forest's regions, it wasn't very deep inside it was within the mixed zone of soul beasts, not even reaching the inner perimeter.
However, its position was quite remote and hidden, existing as a small independent soul beast forest attached to the outer edges of Star Dou Forest. This peculiar geographical feature made it both part of and separate from Star Dou Forest at the same time.
For this trip, Han Li had chosen the most direct route, which was why they had entered Star Dou Forest first and then traveled through it.
Since none of them had to worry about soul beast attacks, they focused purely on traveling, reaching the quiet and beautiful forest before nightfall.
This forest wasn't large much smaller than Sunset Forest, which they were more familiar with.
Oddly enough, the presence of soul beasts was incredibly faint, almost as if none lived here.
Yet, the feedback from Han Li's spiritual sense clearly warned that this forest wasn't as simple as it seemed.
"Is this the Blue Silver Forest?"
The girls looked at the strange forest with curiosity, experiencing a sensation unlike anything they had encountered before.
"Yes, that's right. Let's go in."
Without further explanation, Han Li flipped his wrist, taking out the Blue Silver Emperor.
At the same time, his right leg lit up faintly, activating the Tai Chi Domain, which enveloped the group while repelling the surrounding Blue Silver Grass.
As they stepped forward, they noticed that the plants in this forest looked ancient, as if they had existed for countless years.
Towering giant trees stretched into the sky, their dense foliage blocking most sunlight from reaching the ground.
But unlike other soul beast forests, the Blue Silver Grass here was particularly abundant.
They even seemed to be releasing some kind of energy toward the Blue Silver Emperor in Han Li's hand.
However, his Tai Chi Domain blocked it completely, preventing any interaction.
"Your Majesty! Our Great Emperor! Have you returned? I can sense your presence!"
"Human! Who are you? Why is our Emperor in your hands? Why has she become like this?!"
A voice suddenly echoed within the shared mental space first filled with reverence, then anger, causing the group to pause and look at Han Li.
Han Li glanced at them and nodded, signaling them to wait.
He had deliberately allowed the Blue Silver King's consciousness to connect.
Otherwise, with his current level of spiritual mastery, if an 80,000 year old Blue Silver Grass could invade his mind, then he might as well give up cultivation entirely.
"If you know your Emperor is in my hands, you should watch your tone unless you think she isn't dying fast enough?"
Han Li's calm voice spread outward, his grip tightening slightly to emphasize his point.
Silence.
The voice that had just spoken fell completely quiet.
"Blue Silver King, correct? Lead me directly to your true body I don't have time to search for you."
"If you refuse, then your Emperor dies right now."
Han Li didn't wait for a response.
He activated his soul bone ability, absorbing the life force of the surrounding Blue Silver Grass.
"Stop! Human! We will do as you say!"
The desperate voice returned as Han Li's surroundings began to wither the Blue Silver Grass losing its soul beast properties, reverting to ordinary plants, their very lifeforce drained away.
As soon as it spoke, the Blue Silver Grass throughout the forest began to glow faintly, forming a path of shimmering blue light leading deeper into the forest.
Under the dim canopy, the pathway looked breathtakingly beautiful.
"Not bad. Let's go. Consider it a unique sightseeing experience."
Han Li kicked the Blue Silver King's consciousness out of the shared mindspace, then turned to the group with a smile.
He didn't even need to convince them the girls were already eager to step forward.
This glowing pathway was undeniably mesmerizing.
The ground shimmered with soft blue light, and the surrounding Blue Silver Grass twinkled faintly, forming a trail that wound deeper into the forest.
Visually, it was comparable to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.
But unlike that extreme environment, the abundant life energy here made the atmosphere surprisingly pleasant.
For Ye LingLing, who had a life attribute martial spirit, this place felt like paradise.
Her cheeks flushed red, and the flow of her soul power quickened as if she had entered the perfect simulated cultivation environment.
She looked almost entranced.
"Look at LingLing! She looks drunk!"
Dugu Yan, her best friend, was the first to notice her strange state, playfully waving a hand in front of her face to snap her out of it.
"Alright, let's move on. Your opportunity is waiting for you, LingLing."
Han Li glanced at the laughing girls, then urged them forward, though his expression carried amusement rather than urgency.
After all, the ones who were truly anxious… weren't them.
