"I'll give you rebels one last chance to surrender to me now. Those who surrender will not be killed; otherwise..." The Fourth Mizukage spoke in a cold, emotionless tone.

"Che! You fake actually dare to act like you're the real Mizukage?!" Many of the ninja in the allied forces sneered at the Fourth Mizukage with disdain. By now, most of them had come to believe that the Fourth Mizukage was under someone else's control.

"Fourth Mizukage, stop putting on this act. Most of the shinobi from Water Country have grown tired of your actions over the years. Have whoever is pulling the strings behind the scenes step forward," Mei Terumi said coldly.

Upon hearing Mei's words, the Fourth Mizukage's eyes narrowed slightly, his pupils filled with icy killing intent. "Mei Terumi, former elite Jounin of Kirigakure and now leader of the rebellion... I always knew you were a wolf in sheep's clothing. I should never have spared you back then!"

"Hmph. Even if you hadn't let me escape, another shinobi would stand here today. This isn't about my personal ambitions—it's the collective will of the shinobi of Water Country," Mei responded icily.

"Hmph." The Fourth Mizukage smirked, his cold gaze sweeping over the gathered shinobi below. His eyes eventually landed on Miao and Deidara. When he noticed Miao's crimson Sharingan, he smiled sinisterly and said, "Not only have you traitors attempted to overthrow Kirigakure through rebellion, but you've also conspired with rogue shinobi from Iwagakure and members of the Uchiha clan from Konoha! Your crimes are unforgivable! Traitors to the nation and the village—you won't leave here alive today!"

"What?! How dare you disrespect Lord Deidara like that?!" Enraged by the Fourth Mizukage's dismissive tone, Deidara shouted furiously.

"Hmph!" Miao smirked disdainfully. It was clear to him that the Fourth Mizukage was completely under the influence of the Sharingan's power. Even now, he was still putting on an act.

"All units, form up! Remember, the Fourth Mizukage is a perfect Jinchuuriki capable of fully controlling the Tailed Beast's power! Stay vigilant!" Mei commanded sharply.

"Understood!!" The allied shinobi responded loudly, quickly moving into position. They split into several large groups, surrounding the Mizukage Tower.

"Hmph. I gave you all a chance, but since you're so ungrateful, don't blame me for being merciless!" The Fourth Mizukage sneered. This was exactly the outcome he wanted—even if some of the allied forces surrendered, he never intended to spare them.

"Huh? Is this Fourth Mizukage really so confident? Does he think he can take us all on by himself?" Miao muttered, frowning as he watched the smirking Fourth Mizukage.

Ao, Mei, and the other shinobi also sensed something amiss. Just then, the Fourth Mizukage clapped his hands. "Shu! Shu! Shu! Shu!" Countless black figures suddenly emerged from the buildings surrounding the open area in front of the Mizukage Tower. Their numbers were overwhelming, and they swiftly encircled the allied shinobi.

Seeing this, the allied shinobi's expressions changed drastically. "Clever tactic, Fourth Mizukage. So this is why we didn't encounter much resistance when attacking Kirigakure. Was it all part of your plan to lure us here and wipe us out?" Mei mocked coldly.

"Precisely. All of you will die here today! After eliminating your rebel leaders, dealing with the rest of your insignificant followers will be child's play!" The Fourth Mizukage sneered.

The dense crowd of shadows consisted entirely of ANBU operatives loyal to the Fourth Mizukage—his personal guard, numbering close to a thousand. "You think such numbers are enough to defeat us? Are you dreaming too sweetly?" Mei retorted derisively.

"If it came down to direct combat, these numbers alone wouldn't stand a chance against you. But I never said I'd fight you head-on. Do you truly believe I'm that foolish?" The Fourth Mizukage replied, his icy smile widening.

"Hmm?" Mei and the others exchanged uneasy glances. Their unease grew as they stared at the Fourth Mizukage's chilling grin.

"As former shinobi of Kirigakure, I assume you've heard rumors about a secret technique passed down by the First Mizukage—a technique that played a pivotal role in establishing Kirigakure. Thanks to this technique, the First Mizukage unified Water Country and founded our village. And today, all of you rebels will perish beneath its power! None of you will escape!" The Fourth Mizukage declared ominously.

"A forbidden technique?!" Many shinobi gasped. They had indeed heard such rumors, but no one present had ever seen or understood what kind of technique it was.

"The secret technique passed down by the First Mizukage?!" Ao's expression turned grim. He was familiar with the legend, but due to the passage of time, almost no one in Water Country alive today had witnessed it.

Perhaps only the eldest elder of Water Country, the Grand Elder, knew the truth—but he wasn't here now, and the allied forces had no time to prepare further.

"There is indeed such a rumor. It's said to be an incredibly terrifying technique—the First Mizukage once used it to annihilate three thousand enemies in a single battle. But I thought it had long been lost to history!" Mei said gravely.

"Lost? Such an important technique couldn't possibly vanish. The First Mizukage merely concealed it to avoid drawing attention from other great nations. He claimed it was lost while secretly preserving it. Only the successive Mizukage were privy to this knowledge—it's natural that none of you know. That is the truth," the Fourth Mizukage sneered.

"What?!" The allied forces' faces paled. Satisfied with their reaction, the Fourth Mizukage spoke coldly, "Today, you'll be buried here." With that, he clasped his hands together, his icy gaze fixed on the allied shinobi. "Water God's Prison Technique… Activate!"
